The Pink Programme
As our business and network grows, we have spent a huge amount of time developing our initial training. We have also implemented a series of webinars designed to provide franchisees with new skills and to provide them with refresher training.
As part of developing all of our franchisees, we have the six-month Pink Programme, which is focused not on 'how to do' key processes but instead helps to develop a growth mindset and equip franchisees with skills and knowledge to build a potentially bigger business.
The Programme is not about turnover or setting growth targets, it is about providing franchisees with additional tools to help them decide the direction they want to take their business and equip them with the skills to do so.
The Pink Programme is designed for franchisees with a growth mindset and who have been with Pink Spaghetti for a least a full financial year. The Programme is not about turnover or setting growth targets, it is about providing franchisees with additional tools to help them decide the direction they want to take their business and equip them with the skills to do so.
What is included?
The Programme lasts six months and includes a series of webinars, covering:
• Business planning
• Strategies for growth & innovation
• Operations & finances
• Business plan review
In addition there is a bi-monthly virtual board meeting, designed to help franchisees discuss current challenges.
There is a also private Facebook group for franchisees to use to provide updates on their progress, discuss key challenges and to share their objectives.
The Programme provides franchisees with additional skills and techniques to enable them to grow their business. It also provides a further support group to share key wins and issues they are struggling with.
