I am Kelly-Ann Grimes and I own Pink Spaghetti Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington Spa.
I have a small team who all work with me virtually! I live in a village just outside Stratford-upon-Avon, Kim is in Ely and Jessi in Essex and we offer a fast, efficient and cost-effective personal and virtual assistant service, for your home or business where no task is too big, too small or too unusual! (Ask us about the reindeer or wallpapering!).

I enjoyed a career spanning 29 years in the hotel industry working for global brands and independent hotel owners in the UK and Channel Islands and a hospitality IT business before starting Pink Spaghetti Stratford upon Avon and Leamington Spa in April 2018.
I am passionate about people, productivity, process and engagement and am known for being super organised having opened and successfully operated a number of branded hotels in the UK.
My experience is across several disciplines including Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Human Resources, Training, Revenue Management, Event Management, Finance and IT.
My previous roles and responsibilities have given me a great business grounding to be able to support and work with busy business owners and entrepreneurs, whatever their challenges and aspirations are.
As a team, we compliment each other with our skills and experience which means we are able to offer local businesses in Stratford upon Avon and surroundings areas a complete 360 offering of PA support.

Kim joined us in November 2019, although we’ve known each other for 25+ years having met when working together at The Royal Berkshire Hotel in Ascot. Kim has also worked with me previously in two companies for a total of 10 years. Her experience comes from her time in hospitality and the legal profession and she specialises in administration and HR Admin and she’s great at research projects too!
Jessi our Chief Creator is a whizz with creative design in addition to social media creation and scheduling. Jessi is our Canva specialist and designs memes and templates for our own and our client’s social media and email marketing campaigns.
Our Chief Writer Kate works with all things words, from research and social media content creation to blogs, newsletter writing and website content. She gained experience from her time in education and enjoys using everything she’s learned about language to help others.
Daisy is our Office Angel, we wouldn't be able to run without her! She works behind the scenes to keep the office running smoothly and completes a multitude of tasks from ordering supplies and research to our own admin and looking after anything technical!
