Our latest Service Spotlight focuses on online business management and how our talented franchisee, Namrita, from Pink Spaghetti Solihull helped one of her clients develop their business through new online processes. 
 
Tell us a little more about your client and how you helped them with their Online Business Management? 
I have worked closely with Jayne Hume Coaching for a number of years in another business. When she launched her coaching business, we quickly realised that her clients needed support in order for them to implement the suggestions and changes that she was suggesting. Jayne approached me with a 'business support bolt-on' proposition and was also happy to refer me to clients that she felt could really benefit from the service. 
 
What do you love about offering this service? 
I love this type of relationship because (a) it really shows Jayne's faith and trust in me and my work and (b) Jayne can feel re-assured that the hard work she is doing with the client is actually being implemented. 
 
What are the benefits to a client's business? 
The client is able to provide a coaching programme which isn't overwhelming to the health/fitness professional as they know they are going to have the right level of support to get their business to where it needs to be. It's also very unique as many other coaches don't have this type of infrastructure in place at the moment.
