I’m Namrita Sharma and I own Pink Spaghetti Solihull and have been running my virtual assistant business for four years. I’m extremely passionate about being able to help incredible entrepreneurs and creatives cut through the day-to-day noise of running a business and become more efficient, productive and, ultimately, grow!
I live in Monkspath, Solihull and work with lots of amazing businesses in my local area. I love being the extra pair of hands that every business owner didn’t know they needed! Whether it’s freeing up some time for my clients to focus on delivering the best customer service they can, work on developing their own business or just having some time to switch off and be with family and friends; seeing the real tangible difference that I can make for entrepreneurs who are often burning the midnight oil on a daily basis is what I LOVE about my job.
I often get asked if I used to be a personal assistant…and the answer is no! I actually used to be a research scientist and have two degrees (a BSc in Human Biology and MSc in Early Drug Discovery).
In between gaining these two qualifications I worked in sales and marketing at a London publishing house and I loved every minute of it! It was such a creative environment, and I was fortunate enough to quickly learn about the challenges lots of industries and sectors, such as insurance, technology and law, face and engaged extensively with delegates and speakers who are experts in in their fields.
With a strong, organised and methodical scientific approach and the ability to quickly understand challenges and seek solutions within many industries, I like to think that I am able to bring a balance of practicality and creativity to my clients.
I am proud of the expertise offered by my team, who have a broad range of experience which enables them to give a great service to clients on a wide range of tasks.
Anna is our Administrative Assistant and Master of Multi-tasking. With over ten years of experience in customer service roles she is a whizz at systems and has an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and various CRM databases. Anna also has extensive Project Management experience and having worked with a number of confidential clients who expect the highest standards of service, she is enthusiastic, full of energy and ready to take on any tasks to help support our clients.
