As we reflect on the success of our annual conference, we're overwhelmed with gratitude for our Pink Spaghetti business owners who attended and contributed to making it an extraordinary and memorable event. From Pink Panels, Speaker Sessions, Networking, and Exploratory Writing Sessions to Mindfulness and of course our Awards Dinner - we packed lots into the day and the feedback has been fantastic. 

 

Congratulations to all the outstanding award winners! Their hard work, dedication and exceptional contributions have truly set a standard for excellence. It was a pleasure to witness such a talented and accomplished group of individuals being recognised for their achievements. The evening was a celebration of success and a testament to the remarkable individuals who make up the Pink Spaghetti community.

As this was the first conference without our wonderful co-founder, Vicky Matthews, we renamed our Franchisee of the Year award in her honour and were delighted to have her husband, Chris, present the award to our fabulous winner, Yasmin McGlashan from Pink Spaghetti PA Services Weston-super-Mare. 

 

Yasmin's Pink Spaghetti journey is marked by resilience and ambition, setting her apart as she turns challenges into learning opportunities. Her innovative and proactive approach in seizing opportunities demonstrates true leadership, not only within her team but across the entire network. 

 

Her dedication to community, sustainability and diversity reflects the true depth of her character as a small business owner and this award is a testament to her hard work and positive outlook. 

 

It was hugely inspiring to witness the commitment of each franchisee to the values that Pink Spaghetti stands for. As we move forward, we hope the connections made during this conference serve as a foundation for continued collaboration, growth, and mutual support.  

 

Together, we can empower each other and contribute to the success of Pink Spaghetti.
