Job Title: Finance Administration Assistant 
 
Type: Full time 37.5 hours a week over 5 days

Rate of pay: £25,000 -£27,000 full time

Job description: 
 
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our very friendly and hard working team. Reporting to our office manager, the ideal candidate should have a high attention to detail, excellent administrative skills and working knowledge of IT systems - Microsoft suite. This is an office based role within Northwich. 
 
Your main job duties will include: 
 
Payroll and general administration support, including managing the accounts email inbox 
Assisting in the maintenance of the finance system, with integrity of information input 
Data entry 
Daily and monthly bank reconciliations 
Processing Expenses, bank payments 
Liaising with customers to chase information or communicate information chasing invoices 
Working with customers’ own systems to carry out tasks 
Dealing with emails on behalf of customers 
Provide administration support to team members 
Build strong relationships with clients 
Liaise with the team to ensure accurate time recording and invoicing, following company processes at all times invoices are raised and sent to clients on time 
Assist other team members as workload dictates 
 
Your key qualities: 
 
Ability to work on a variety of tasks for different customers pragmatic with a flexible can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a team-player mentality 
A self-starter 
Trustworthy, reliable, resilient and understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality 
Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills essential. Confident in dealing with clients and candidates at all levels. Accurate and thorough 
Efficient and well organised with a calm approach to work. Friendly and personable – likes working as part of a team and a strong relationship builder 
Proactive and able to take the initiative when required to do so. Excellent knowledge of the Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel 
 
Your experience: 
 
You will need at least 5 years experience working in an administrative role.

Office-based, located in Winnington, Northwich 
37.5 hours a week over 5 days 
Salary £25,000 -£27,000 full time 
Pension – auto enrolment 
Holiday - 28 days per annum including bank holidays
