I am Jessica Jones, and I run Pink Spaghetti Wolverhampton. I am a specialist in all that it takes to run a small business and offer you as a small business owner the opportunity to do what you do best. 
 
I live in Great Wyrley and I’m passionate about supporting local businesses in and around the Wolverhampton area. I set up my business because I knew I could offer an amazing opportunity to businesses in my local area. A chance to outsource tasks like admin, lead management and social media marketing and save their businesses vast amounts of money by not having to hire a member of staff. I pride myself on being approachable, listening to the needs of my clients and always finding a solution to any problems they face. 

Why Me 

I have worked with small businesses for over seven years managing their accounts in my previous role as a Senior Sales Executive. It was my job to grow my business year on year and achieve sales targets in new business and account management growth each month. I learned so much about the businesses I visited, many became friends. They let me in to the world of a small business owner and when I came across the opportunity to own a Pink Spaghetti Franchise I couldn’t stop thinking about all of the businesses I knew who would benefit from the service I could offer! 
 
So, how does sales experience translate to being a good Virtual Assistant!? WELL – I am very used to working to a deadline or target. I am passionate about helping each business I work with and have so much knowledge about my local business community after working within it for so long. I’m exceptionally organised and enthusiastic about what I do and I’m honest, if I don’t know the answer to your problem - I’ll tell you and I’ll do everything I can to find it.

I have also trained a member of her team on Mailchimp after creating a newsletter template to make the job of sending out their monthly newsletter as easy as possible.

I act as a member of the team for this client – sometimes they require help with incoming emails, sometimes they need assistance with their social media. I also respond to enquires online and answer the phone when he is busy. This client books the time with me and we go from there. I manage the Facebook and Instagram accounts for this client. I create content each month including ten branded meme images. I communicate with comments as though I was the business themselves which gives them peace of mind that everything to do with their online social media presence is taken care of.

I create this clients newsletter each month and follow up with a review of all insights on the information we sent out to his customers. Who opened it and who clicked on what etc.
