Virtual Assistant Weybridge & Woking
I am Kelly Walsh and I am the owner of Pink Spaghetti Weybridge & Woking. We are a team of three amazing virtual assistants who offer flexible support to small business owners, creating a 25th hour in your day, so you can focus on growing your business.
I live in Weybridge and I love helping small business owners implement their ideas and keep their business organised. I specialise in marketing implementation, social media management, blog writing, business organisation, creating newsletters, CRM management, lead generation and management. I work across Weybridge, Woking, Walton on Thames, Staines, and Chertsey.
Kelly left a career in Marketing over 20 years ago to raise her five children. Kelly is an experienced fundraiser, organiser, marketer, event planner and project manager. She enjoys charity work, especially supporting The Meath Epielpsy Charity and parents with children and young adults who have epilepsy. She and her husband also serve as directors of Educate Ethiopia, a charity in northern Ethiopia that supports 21 schools and over 6000 students.
My broad experience makes me the perfect person to support your business. I offer small business owners an extra hour in their day by helping with the tasks they don’t have time to do themselves, tasks they don’t like doing and tasks they know that take away from focusing on their business.
My Pink Spaghetti team offers solutions for small business owners. We can help with the tasks they don’t have time to do themselves, tasks they don’t like doing and tasks they know that take away from focusing on their business. We can support them in marketing implementation, social media management, blog writing, business organisation, newsletter writing, CRM management, lead generation and management across Weybridge, Woking, Walton on Thames, Staines, Chertsey.
With a background in management, Daniela excels at organisation and time management. Pink Spaghetti has introduced her to the world of social media, software and programmes, which she readily learns. She works well with a range of software from PowerPoint and Excel to Photoshop and Canva. Her real skills, however, are in design and creating images, memes and videos for her clients and Pink Spaghetti.
Jen has worked in a range of marketing roles and particularly enjoys writing for clients. She has a strong background in writing for B2B clients, is very adaptable and can adopt new styles quickly.
Running her own successful fine art business has given Ruth great insight into the ever-changing world of social media for small businesses, especially Instagram and Twitter. Her keen eye for design has aided her experience with Adobe Photoshop, product photography, and Powerpoint. She is organised, excellent at problem-solving, and can't resist a good spreadsheet!
(MEE-KE-LEE-NAA) or, better still, Micky. Micky joins our team with over 10 years of event and marketing experience. Her events include brand activations, corporate events, trade shows, private dinners and weddings. She loves nothing but a to-do list, problem-solving and a large glass of something bubbly whilst cooking for her family.
Lindsey comes from a client and project management background, specialising in all areas of digital marketing and product development. She is laser-focused, has an eye for detail, and loves to roll her sleeves up and dive into any project.
Why a virtual assistant?
One of the key reasons for hiring a virtual assistant is that it creates a 25th hour in your day and it frees up time for you to focus on your core business. You can use a virtual assistant to take over the essential tasks that nobody started their business to do - from managing social media accounts to admin, decluttering, bookkeeping and creating newsletters. All of these take time away from the parts of your business that you love.
Using a virtual assistant is a great way to save money and reduce your operational costs. A virtual assistant can save you expenses on things like additional taxes, office space, holiday and sick pay and they offer flexible solutions for your business needs. A virtual assistant can offer you as many hours of support as you need, without any commitment or ties to a regular contract.
I work with a range of clients, from solo entrepreneurs, like me, to small and medium businesses. The thing they all have in common is that they don’t have the time to keep up with the back-office tasks so necessary for running a business. I am passionate about helping local businesses thrive and making life easier for busy people.
Why Pink Spaghetti?
Pink Spaghetti is national franchise which means there is plenty of training in everything from running your own business, social media, newsletters to networking. It also means there is a great support system.
The world of small business owners is wonderful because we become one another’s support network, so when you start a new project in an unfamiliar area you have an incredible team of people ready to support you.
At Pink Spaghetti we offer the best advice and support because, like you, we are also small business owners, so we understand your needs and are able to offer the flexible support you need.

We have worked with this client in a variety of roles supporting all aspects of their admin and marketing needs. We onboard new consultants, maintain various spreadsheets of client and consultant information, send out contracts and prepare quarterly newsletters. In addition, we create images and maintain a posting schedule across three different platforms on a daily basis. An important part of our involvement is ensuring that efficient and organised systems are in place and maintained.
We support this client by ensuring that his marketing plans are implemented on time. This includes social media posting, image creation, lead generation via LinkedIn, and maintaining a YouTube channel. We help this client stay on track with his marketing plans by utilising Trello and a weekly catch via Zoom.
We support this client by creating social media posts and images for two key team members. This also involves researching and writing biweekly articles and lead generation. We also help with ad hoc tasks, such as business award entries, LinkedIn profile health checks for team members and employee recruitment.
Pink Spaghetti supports this client with a variety of marketing and admin tasks, such as social media management, monthly newsletters, blog writing, google form creation and survey result analysis.
