Hi, my name is Charlotte Austin-Howell, and I am the owner of Pink Spaghetti 
Watford. I live near Amersham but my work as a Virtual Assistant covers towns across South Hertfordshire and Three Rivers including Rickmansworth,

Why Me 

After graduating with a 2:1 in English and Cultural Studies from The 
University of Birmingham, I have built a 30-year career with senior roles 
across the public, private, and third sectors. My expertise lies in crafting 
effective marketing strategies and communications to enhance brand 
awareness, driving business growth, boosting profitability, managing and 
delivering complex projects, conducting in-depth research, and providing 
strategic business solutions. I am experienced in building and leading 
high-performing teams and have extensive experience operating and 
reporting at the Board level. 
 
In my most recent role as Managing Director of a luxury property 
management and holiday/short-term lettings company in Chelsea, 
London, I successfully transformed the business from a significant deficit 
with an underperforming website to over a million pounds in turnover, 
expanding both the staff team and property portfolio. 
 
I bring a genuine passion to my work, and my clients value the energy and 
enthusiasm I give to every project. I’m friendly and approachable, highly 
organised, skilled at multitasking, and take great pride in making a positive 
impact on the lives of busy professionals.

I also set her up with project management software to streamline the post approval process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and we stay in close contact.

I was brought in to develop a social media strategy and establish a LinkedIn presence for this consultancy. Their goals were to enhance brand awareness—especially as they were being mistaken for a similarly-named company in a different sector.
