Hi, my name is Charlotte Austin-Howell, and I am the owner of Pink Spaghetti Watford. I live near Amersham but my work as a Virtual Assistant covers towns across South Hertfordshire and Three Rivers including Rickmansworth, Chorleywood, Abbots Langley, Kings Langley, Bovingdon, Borehamwood, Radlett, Leavesden, Elstree, Bushey and beyond!
As a Virtual Personal Assistant, I provide flexible and professional admin, marketing and business development support to small business owners and busy people. I specialise in supporting creatives, such as journalists, content creators, artists, musicians, presenters, agencies and others working in the media.

Why Me
With a 2:1 in English, Media and Cultural Studies from the University of Birmingham, I’ve built a 30-year career across the public, private, and third sectors. My expertise spans marketing strategy, brand communications, business growth, and the essential operational tasks that keep companies ticking: from invoicing and inbox management to complex project delivery and Board-level reporting.
Most recently, I served as Managing Director of a luxury property management and short-term lettings company in Chelsea. I took the business from financial trouble and a poor digital presence to over £1 million in turnover. I expanded the team, grew the property portfolio and ensured smooth operations and timely payments.
