I am Jayne O’Keeffe and I run Pink Spaghetti Sutton Coldfield. I live in Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield and enjoy the variety that being a Virtual Assistant has to offer. 
I have a brilliant assistant who helps me and between us we love supporting a variety of local small businesses and sole traders with their social media, research, bookkeeping and general administration. We really enjoy seeing our client’s businesses grow by doing the back office tasks while they concentrate on the day job! We are efficient, friendly, approachable, and proactive in all that we do. 

Why Me 

I have owned Pink Spaghetti PA Services Sutton Coldfield for 3 years and have previously worked as a PA at all levels within Higher Education, and before that I was a Manager at a family run hotel. I have always been lucky to have a great deal of autonomy in the roles I have held which has led me to do a massive variety of work. 
I love finding out about the bones of a business and working with a structure to improve and bring in efficient systems, which ultimately save time and money. I am highly motivated and enjoy working through a project to unravel the mess!

After working in various admin teams for over 20 years’, Claire can also turn her hand to many different tasks within given time frames, whilst having a good eye for detail.
