I am Camilla Spengler, and I am the proud owner of Pink Spaghetti Southport. My Virtual Assistant business covers a lot of Merseyside including Crosby, Formby, Burscough, Banks and Tarleton. I live in Maghull and I have a passion for all things admin. I pride myself on being helpful, efficient and pro-active. I am extremely organised and love to help people get their businesses and lives in order.
Why Me
I previously worked in a fast-paced children’s hospital. Here I discovered a knack for all things admin and developed a genuine love for the craft. Taking minutes in meetings isn't just a task—it's a skill I've honed, and problem-solving is second nature.
In the whirlwind of hospital life, I became the go-to person for managing multiple diaries. Keeping schedules in sync is not just about efficiency; it's about finding that sweet spot where everything falls into place seamlessly. I thrive on being on top of all admin woes, if you're in need of someone to orchestrate your administrative tasks, you've found your person.

When it comes to events, Katie works hard behind the scenes, ensuring each moment unfolds with grace and purpose. Her love for the subtle details, both in the digital and tangible realms, makes her a quiet force of creativity, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to experience her touch.

Why a virtual assistant?
We work with small business owners who can’t do it all and need extra support to deal with the tasks they don’t have time to do or don’t know how to do. They are amazing at what they do, but usually didn’t set their business up to do admin. We free up their time to focus on what they do best and grow their business. We also work with bigger business who have a specific project or have regular tasks to do, but don’t want anyone permanent at the moment.
We specialise in working with charities of all sizes and understand the processes involved with their Governance. We support both their staff teams and trustees which in turn helps the charities attract quality trustees, as they know they have the admin support available.
Using our Personal Virtual Assistant services gives clients total flexibility to decide how many hours they need. We can work with them on either a ‘pick up and put down’ or ‘retained’ basis’. Our clients benefit from only paying for the time we actually work – they don’t pay holiday pay, sick pay or NI, so a virtual assistant is a very cost-effective option and doesn’t have the hassle involved with employing!
