I’m Melanie Wincott, the proud owner of Pink Spaghetti Reading, and my mission is simple: to help small businesses stay organised, efficient, and ahead of the game. Whether it's streamlining your workflow, managing your inbox, or keeping on top of deadlines, I bring expert support tailored to your needs—so you can focus on what you do best.
Based in Overton, I cover the Reading area, including Henley-on-Thames, Wallingford, and Henley. With 14 years in senior management within academic publishing and 10 years in the accounting sector, I bring a wealth of experience in project management, workflow optimisation, and business administration.

Steve

Steve is a valued member of the Pink Spaghetti Reading team, offering dependable admin
support to small businesses and busy individuals. With an extensive background in agency recruitment — particularly within the finance and pharmaceutical sectors — Steve understands the fast-paced demands of professional environments and brings that same responsiveness and attention to detail to every client he supports.
His expertise spans a wide range of administrative tasks, including general office support, database management, CRM systems, and website updates. Steve is especially skilled at streamlining processes and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, freeing up time for clients to focus on growing their businesses.
Outside of work, Steve is a keen golfer and also enjoys exploring the outdoors on long walks
with his dog, as well as travelling and discovering new places.
Liv

Liv brings a fresh perspective and creative flair to Pink Spaghetti Reading in her role as
Social Media Assistant. With a professional background as a qualified midwife, she
understands the importance of clear communication and attention to detail — all qualities she now brings into the digital space.
Liv specialises in crafting and scheduling engaging content using systems such as Canva, LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite. She also supports our clients with beautifully designed newsletters, helping them connect meaningfully with their audiences and build a consistent brand presence online. Her calm, organised approach and natural creativity make her a trusted support for clients looking to grow their visibility on social platforms without the
stress.
When she’s not behind the screen, Liv loves unwinding with a good book, catching up with
friends over coffee, and exploring new places whenever she can.
