I’m Debbie Whiteley and I own Pink Spaghetti PA Services Reading, Wokingham, Henley on Thames and Surrounds, West and South Berkshire. We offer you, the small business owner, virtual assistant services as and when you need them. Providing a flexible and adaptable workforce that responds to your business needs. 
 
I live in Ufton Nervet, near Burghfield Common and offer you, the small business owner, an extra pair of hands, from social media management, copy writing, reconciliation, graphic design, and research to help project manage small projects and generally help with your marketing.

Pink Spaghetti PA Services Reading, Wokingham and Henley on Thames has been in business for over 3 years and with it I bring a cross section of experience I have gained in other roles, both running our own renovation and gite business in France and as a project manager when working for a national charity in addition to working in marketing for an IT company. 
 
I love being organised and being a part of a bigger team and working with small businesses allows me to be the marketing specialist in a variety of different industries which brings a wealth of transferable and current skills to all who I work with. I love being part of the solution to support customers solve their problems.

We supported in the set up of their lead generation where they met future clients at wedding fairs, automating letters to be sent with samples where needed, to invitations for a consultation and then order for their wedding day. We call potential clients to follow up to offer personal touch. We also send out monthly newsletters to prospects and existing clients for other occasional cakes. 

Marketing Consultant 

We supported this Berkshire based consultant for over 2 years supporting in social media, electronic newsletters, and website updates/edits to over 15 of their clients. We also managed their research projects supporting their clients as well as analysing insights through Google Analytics. We supported in diary and email management. 

Digital Marketing Consultancy Company 

We have supported this Tadley based company for over 2 years, supporting their clients with social media support. This involves posting regular updates on Facebook as well as managing their Facebook advertising and creating small competitions for their clients. We also support and create eye catching images for social media and webpages with our graphic design support. 

Research Company 

We’ve been working with this research company since end of December during COVID pandemic and supported in a variety of different areas. LinkedIn and Twitter posts, copywriting for articles and blogs. They’ve also needed support for videography to support their training videos, transcription and minute taking of highly sensitive information as well as proof reading and research on a “soon to be published” eBook recently written in lockdown.
