I’m Kelly and I am the owner of Pink Spaghetti Mole Valley, Epsom & Dorking. I live in Ashtead and am a pro-active and efficient virtual assistant. I thrive on helping local businesses and individuals tick more things off their endless to do lists! Let me take on the tasks you find time-consuming, challenging or mundane, allowing you to do the things you enjoy doing the most and giving you a better work-life balance. 
 
I offer a range of essential business tasks including general administration, diary management, event planning, social media management and finance support plus being a general sounding board when needed. For individuals, I can help with your life admin to free up your time, including gift buying, restaurant research, appointment booking, school communication and much more. 

Why Me 

I have spent most of my career in publishing across a variety of roles involving content writing, marketing, social media, business management and finance. I’ve managed teams of all sizes, huge budgets and juggled tight deadlines. I’m friendly, productive and highly organised. 
 
I have always had a passion for small businesses and dreamed of setting up my own company so when the opportunity to own Pink Spaghetti Mole Valley, Epsom and Dorking came up in 2023, I knew it was the best of both worlds. After a fantastic first year with Pink Spaghetti Mole Valley, which has seen me win two awards and take on two team members, I'm more excited than ever to help small businesses thrive.

My Team 

My team really adds to my expertise. Alongside my immediate team, I rely on the support and assistance of the network of Pink Spaghetti franchisees and their teams to offer a vast range of services to support small businesses in the Mole Valley, Dorking and Epsom areas. 
Lisa 
Lisa is a Journalism graduate with a love for social media as well as writing, in all its formats. Whether it’s drafting a quick caption or jumping into a longer piece, adapting to different styles and tones, is always at the heart of what Lisa does. Canva is her creative playground, where she loves designing eye-catching and engaging content! Lisa is a whizz at admin and organisation too and loves building relationships with our clients. 
Lou 
Lou is passionate about efficiency and strives to help clients to maximise their time. She joins the team with a wealth of experience organising senior leaders both in the financial sector and education. Lou is highly organised, efficient, and also brings experience of running her own small business using social media marketing. Lou enjoys the wide range of tasks given by our Pink Spaghetti clients and has a variety of skills that can be adapted to suit any business need.

We get involved when a business owner has had something on a list for a while but never quite gets around to doing it.

Career Coaching Company 

We run the marketing for this business; we come up with content ideas, write social media posts, create images and manage all social media scheduling. We also do all their video editing and have overhauled their YouTube channel and created a more consistent feel to their company videos. Other regular tasks including updating their website, producing regular newsletters and helping to refresh their company templates. 

Events Company 

For this fast-paced, small and dynamic events company we research venues, source supplier quotes and book travel and accommodation. This Ashtead-based business have great systems and processes in place but need an extra pair of hands to help with a range of admin and research tasks which enable them to take on more projects. We’ve also recently started running their social media too, creating branded images and planning and writing content. As well as this, we ensure they have great engagement and help with responding to comments and messages. 

Independent Professional Body 

We help this Epsom-based company with admin tasks such as template creation, website updating and proofreading. We also assist with events and research tasks. Kelly’s background in membership and subscriptions serves us well to act as a sounding board for company strategy and growth. 

Charity 

When we started working for this small charity, they didn’t have many processes in place so we set up a CRM system, created a newsletter template, reorganised the main email inbox and set up some additional fundraising systems. We help with fundraising ideas and implementation and produce their monthly newsletter.
