I am Nicola Case and I run Pink Spaghetti Milton Keynes and Towcester, but it not just my skills you are getting. I have a fabulous team who understand what it takes to run a small business and the skills to support you – allowing you to work on your business rather than in it.
I am based in Towcester and the team extend our reach to cover Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Buckingham and Olney.
Loving what you do is essential in business and that is why being a virtual assistant is perfect for me. I have always loved working with small businesses in a sales and marketing capacity, giving them the skills and support they need, exactly when they need it – now I do this every day.

Why Me
I have been in business as Pink Spaghetti for 3 years now and prior to that I was self employed for 5 years where I specialised in offering sales and marketing support to small businesses.
My career has spanned customer services, sales and marketing management with a particular focus on business strategy, communications and customer acquisition and retention.
I love a challenge, am highly organised and enjoy working with clients to develop and implement their strategy.
Skills that my clients have benefited from so far include CRM design and implementation, marketing strategy and tactical implementation, website building and wider PA support services such as diary management and business management.

Becca
As a mum of 4, and with previous experience in business administration roles, Becca is a master of organisation. Her attention to detail and being task oriented has meant that Becca is a great addition for those clients who are looking for administration support, email management and both business and domestic organisation. Becca is also my right hand when it comes to setting up CRM systems for our clients.
Nicky
Nicky is a performer with a successful singing career. Experienced in both social media and website builds for her own brands, she offers a wealth of experience in this area for our clients. She manages our social media clients and works with tools such as Trello to ensure our clients are kept up to date on what is happening with their social media marketing. Nicky is not just limited to marketing though – she also brings a working knowledge of bookkeeping having supported various clients in getting their receipts and invoicing in order and up to date.
