I’m Laura Davison, and I run Pink Spaghetti Mid Cheshire with an incredible team who specialise in everything it takes to help run a small business, from administration and back office to marketing and social media. Our goal is to allow you, as a business owner, to focus on what you do best while we handle the rest. 
 
We’re passionate about supporting small businesses in our local area. The business was started because we genuinely love doing the behind-the-scenes work that’s essential to every business. We take pride in being approachable, proactive, and truly listening to our customers every step of the way. 

Why Me 

I bring a mix of hands on business experience, having managed my own ventures alongside a background in project management. I’m used to juggling multiple priorities, supporting customers, working to deadlines and creating structure where things feel messy or unclear. 
 
I’m organised, systems focused and naturally solutions driven. I enjoy finding better, more efficient ways of doing things and supporting customers to move forward with confidence. Alongside me is a trusted team who share the same values, meaning our customers always feel supported, understood and in safe hands.

Our team really adds to our expertise. In the team are specialist administrators, content writers, and people who are used to using a wide range of systems used by small business owners. 
 
We are always happy to have a no obligation chat, to see if we are the right fit for your business. We are passionate believers in small businesses, and are very happy working with people from around Mid Cheshire and the surrounding areas. 
Jenny 
With over 25 years of experience in Administration Management and Commercial Compliance across both the retail and private sectors, Jenny's administrative expertise is unmatched. 
 
In addition to managing large teams her exceptional attention to detail and organisational prowess ensure every task is handled with precision. With a firm understanding of Business Analysis, Jenny delivers meticulous results on complex challenges and ensures continued success by developing and documenting processes for all training and knowledge transfer. 
 
She is highly experienced in Payroll, Business Analysis and Legislative Compliance, and has extensive experience with various back-office platforms, leveraging these systems to optimise business processes and operational efficiency. Jenny approaches every new challenge with great enthusiasm. 
 
Outside of work, Jenny has a busy life with her football mad teenage son, spending most free time either at training sessions or on the side of a football pitch watching a game, regardless of the Great British weather. 
Anna 
With over 20 year's experience in marketing, PR and social media, Anna is passionate about helping small businesses promote their brand in the most effective way possible. With a keen eye for spotting marketing opportunities and a love of business development too, she works with a wealth of clients across a number of industry sectors including cybersecurity, interior design, retail and market research. Before joining Pink Spaghetti, Anna began her career as Assistant Editor of a luxury lifestyle magazine, before spending 15 years in a senior marketing role for one of the travel industry’s leading luxury tour operators.  
 
Away from Pink Spaghetti, Anna is a passionate Liverpool FC fan and has travelled throughout Europe, supporting the Reds in numerous cup runs. 
Kirsty 
With over 20 years of experience in recruitment, Kirsty made the move to Pink Spaghetti after leading a commercial contracts team, managing client negotiations, and keeping lots of plates spinning at once. This stood her in great stead for staying organised, meeting deadlines, and bringing calm to busy situations when she started with Pink Spaghetti in an administrative role. 
 
These days, Kirsty’s focus is on all things social media and content. She loves getting creative, writing posts and newsletters that capture each client’s personality, and helping businesses show up online in a way that feels real and engaging. 
 
When she’s not working, you’ll most likely find her recharging by the sea with her family. 
Sarah 
Sarah previously worked in Pensions Administration. Her knowledge in all Microsoft systems, and her high attention to detail, enable her to support our customers in many different administration tasks. Those who know Sarah, know she loves a process, particularly if it includes number work and a checklist. This explains why she enjoys the administration side of bookkeeping.  
Outside work you’ll find Sarah at the cinema, glued to the big screen, otherwise she'll be found with her head in a cookbook. 
Susie 
Susie brings a diverse professional background to her role at Pink Spaghetti, having transitioned from the education sector where she served as a School Bursar. In that position, Susie efficiently managed multiple tasks, including HR, payroll, facilities management, and administration. One of Susie's key skills developed there was the ability to maintain focus while navigating the distractions of little ones, staff and parents! Prior to that, she worked in banking as a fraud analyst, where she honed her analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
 
Outside of work, Susie enjoys being a mother to her two teenage sons. She is an avid reader and loves being a member of both a book club and a walking group. Wild swimming is another passion of hers, and her perfect weekend would be spent exploring the wilds of the UK while indulging in all three. 
Jen 
Jen has over 14 years’ experience across administration, office management, merchandising, and retail operations. Her background includes procurement and supplier relations, with a strong focus on efficiency, customer service, and delivering high standards in fast-paced environments. 
 
Outside of work, Jen's two young son's keep her very busy indeed! 
Nikki 
Nikki has a strong background in administration, finance, and client support, with over 20 years in both corporate and creative sectors. Nikki previously worked at Barclays specialising in corporate fraud and eCrime. Highly organised and detail-oriented, Nikki loves a spreadsheet and checklist – which is why she loves the admin and bookkeeping side at Pink Spaghetti. 
 
Away from Pink Spaghetti you will find Nikki swimming, running or cycling somewhere (probably to a coffee shop for cake!) 
Kathryn 
With more than 20 years of experience in administration, customer service, property management, and hospitality, Kathryn has developed strong expertise in operational support, client relations, and team coordination. She is highly organised and skilled in managing busy workloads, providing administrative support, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of professional environments. 
 
Over the course of her career, Kathryn has earned a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, handling complex tasks efficiently, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Her background across both corporate and customer-facing roles has enabled her to successfully support teams, coordinate projects, manage processes, and build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Known for her proactive and adaptable approach, she thrives in fast-paced environments and is always focused on finding practical solutions and improving ways of working. 
 
Outside of work, Kathryn is most often found on a tennis court. Having competed at a high level from a young age, she remains passionate about the sport and is always seeking her next challenge. She is also a keen baker and is well known for providing excellent post-match refreshments for teammates and supporters alike.

Our administration team raise customer invoices and chase outstanding payments. They reconcile their bank accounts, manage their CRM system and keep all of their business administration up to date. 

Fitted Furniture Company 

We have worked with this client for 5 years managing their social media accounts. We ensure their accounts are all branded and we research and write their social media posts, post them out and respond to questions and queries. In addition to this we write and send out a monthly newsletter to their clients. 

Beauty Company 

This is a client who came to us last year. We research and write posts for their social media accounts as well as managing their out of stock orders. This involves contacting their customers, arranging replacement orders and arranging refunds.

This is a new client who we support in a number of areas. We act more as a traditional virtual assistant. We looking after their emails, book in appointment and manage their travel. In addition to this we manage their social media accounts and regular email newsletters. We also support their business development, researching potential customers and making outbound calls to create appointments and send out further information.
