Virtual Assistant Mid Cheshire
I’m Caroline Gowing, and I run Pink Spaghetti Mid Cheshire with an incredible team who specialise in everything it takes to help run a small business, from administration and back office to marketing and social media. Our goal is to allow you, as a business owner, to focus on what you do best while we handle the rest.
We’re passionate about supporting small businesses in our local area. The business was started because we genuinely love doing the behind-the-scenes work that’s essential to every business. We take pride in being approachable, proactive, and truly listening to our customers every step of the way.
Why Me
I have been running Pink Spaghetti for over 15 years, and bring a wealth of experience gained from 20 years in retailing and IT, always with customer service in mind, and with responsibilities including change management, process efficiency and training.
I am highly organised, very used to and motivated by working to deadlines, and an enthusiastic extra pair of hands for your business. I love a challenge and helping our customers to find creative solutions to problems, and I have an incredible team supporting our customers.

Our team really adds to our expertise. In the team are specialist administrators, content writers, and people who are used to using a wide range of systems used by small business owners.
We are always happy to have a no obligation chat, to see if we are the right fit for your business. We are passionate believers in small businesses, and are very happy working with people from around Mid Cheshire and the surrounding areas.
Jenny
Jenny’s expertise is admin. With more than 25 years experience in Commercial Compliance and Administration Management in both retail and the private sector, Jenny’s attention to detail and organisation skills are second to none.
Experienced in Payroll, Legislation Compliance, and Business Analysis, she likes nothing more than a fresh challenge.
Anna
With over 20 year's experience in marketing, PR and social media, Anna is passionate about helping small businesses promote their brand in the most effective way possible. With a keen eye for spotting marketing opportunities and a love of business development too, she works with a wealth of clients across a number of industry sectors including cybersecurity, interior design, retail and market research. Before joining Pink Spaghetti, Anna began her career as Assistant Editor of a luxury lifestyle magazine, before spending 15 years in a senior marketing role for one of the travel industry’s leading luxury tour operators.
Away from Pink Spaghetti, Anna is a passionate Liverpool FC fan and has travelled throughout Europe, supporting the Reds in numerous cup runs.
Kirsty
With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Kirsty transitioned to Pink Spaghetti from her role in commercial contracts where she expertly led a team negotiating contracts with both clients and lawyers. This journey honed her skills in the sensitive art of negotiation, meticulous attention to detail, and effective deadline management, all while juggling multiple client needs.
Now evolving her role within Pink Spaghetti to the Social Media area, Kirsty leverages her background in writing bids and tenders to provide creative content support tailored to a diverse range of clients. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time by the sea with her family and dog.
Sarah
Sarah previously worked in Pensions Administration. Her knowledge in all Microsoft systems, and her high attention to detail, enable her to support our customers in many different administration tasks. Those who know Sarah, know she loves a process, particularly if it includes number work and a checklist. This explains why she enjoys the administration side of bookkeeping.
Outside work you’ll find Sarah at the cinema, glued to the big screen, otherwise she'll be found with her head in a cookbook.
Katie
Katie has 10 years of Administration experience within various industries including Financial Services. She has knowledge in Microsoft systems and those who know her, know that she has a high attention to detail, especially when it comes to correcting a typo! Both in and out of work Katie is used to juggling tasks (and children!) to get things done.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending her time going for walks and days out with her two daughters.
Isobel
Isobel has over 20 years of Marketing experience in many different industries from retail to education. This has allowed her to gain skills across all the facets of marketing communications including; social media, website content management, PR, email marketing and brochure production.
At Pink Spaghetti Isobel looks after content creation across the social media sites of many of our clients and she really enjoys the variation of the clients that we look after.
Highly organised, with great attention to detail and a knack for adapting her style of writing to suit the client – Isobel loves being part of the team at Pink Spaghetti Mid Cheshire.
Outside of work, Isobel enjoys keeping fit, walking the family dog Lola, seeing friends & providing a taxi service to her two teenagers and their various sporting activities!
Natalie
Natalie brings a wealth of administration experience, having previously worked in customer complaints and medical distribution. Known for staying composed under tight deadlines, she balances speed with precision and thrives on solving complex problems. Those who know Natalie appreciate her ability to find creative solutions, no matter the challenge.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her Pokémon-obsessed son (and husband), whether on Poké walks or playing card games together.
Susie
Susie brings a diverse professional background to her role at Pink Spaghetti, having transitioned from the education sector where she served as a School Bursar. In that position, Susie efficiently managed multiple tasks, including HR, payroll, facilities management, and administration. One of Susie's key skills developed there was the ability to maintain focus while navigating the distractions of little ones, staff and parents! Prior to that, she worked in banking as a fraud analyst, where she honed my analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outside of work, Susie enjoys being a mother to her two teenage sons. She is an avid reader and loves being a member of both a book club and a walking group. Wild swimming is another passion of hers, and her perfect weekend would be spent exploring the wilds of the UK while indulging in all three.
Milly
Milly is an integral part of the Pink Spaghetti Mid Cheshire marketing team and is currently completing an Apprenticeship in Content Creation. Throughout her training, she has discovered the importance of brand communication and always staying ahead of the latest marketing trends. Milly works with a range of clients from various industries, including interior design, cyber security, the beauty industry, and the car industry.
When she's not in the office, you’ll find her running a baby clothes business with her Mum and spending time with friends.

We have worked with this client for nearly 10 years supporting them with all of their back-office needs. Our team is fully integrated into their business and is the first point of call for enquiries from their customers and employees. Our administration team raise customer invoices and chase outstanding payments. They reconcile their bank accounts, manage their CRM system and keep all of their business administration up to date.
Fitted Furniture Company
We have worked with this client for 5 years managing their social media accounts. We ensure their accounts are all branded and we research and write their social media posts, post them out and respond to questions and queries. In addition to this we write and send out a monthly newsletter to their clients.
Beauty Company
This is a client who came to us last year. We research and write posts for their social media accounts as well as managing their out of stock orders. This involves contacting their customers, arranging replacement orders and arranging refunds.
Holiday Rental Company
This is a new client who we support in a number of areas. We act more as a traditional virtual assistant. We looking after their emails, book in appointment and manage their travel. In addition to this we manage their social media accounts and regular email newsletters. We also support their business development, researching potential customers and making outbound calls to create appointments and send out further information.
