Virtual Assistant Mid Cheshire 

I am Caroline Gowing, and I run Pink Spaghetti Mid Cheshire. We have an amazing team of virtual assistants that are specialist in everything it takes to run a small business, allowing you as a business owner to do what you do best. 
 
We are passionate about supporting small businesses in the local area. We set up our business because we LOVE doing the background work everyone needs for their business. We pride ourselves on being approachable and listening to customers, and being pro-active along the way. 

Why Me 

We have been in business for nearly 12 years, and bring a wealth of experience gained in senior management positions within retail and banking. We have been fortunate enough to work in a variety of roles including marketing, corporate responsibility and corporate communications. 
 
We are highly organised, very used to and motivated by working to deadlines, and an enthusiastic extra pair of hands for your business. We love a challenge and helping our customers to find creative solutions to problems.

Jenny 
Jenny’s expertise is admin. With more than 25 years experience in Commercial Compliance and Administration Management in both retail  
and the private sector, Jenny’s attention to detail and organisation skills are second to none. 
Experienced in Payroll, Legislation Compliance, and Business Analysis, she likes nothing  
more than a fresh challenge. 
Anna 
With over 20 year's experience in marketing, PR and social media, Anna is passionate about helping small businesses promote their brand in the most effective way possible. With a keen eye for spotting marketing opportunities and a love of business development too, she works with a wealth of clients across a number of industry sectors including cybersecurity, interior design, retail and market research. Before joining Pink Spaghetti, Anna began her career as Assistant Editor of a luxury lifestyle magazine, before spending 15 years in a senior marketing role for one of the travel industry’s leading luxury tour operators. Away from Pink Spaghetti, Anna is a passionate Liverpool FC fan and has travelled throughout Europe, supporting the Reds in numerous cup runs. 
Kirsty 
With over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry Kirsty transitoned from a recruitment consultant, through account management into contract management managing a team who liaised with both clients and lawyers to seek a satisfactory outcome to contract negotiations. 
This experience enabled Kirsty to develop key skills including the sensitive art of negotiation, attention to detail, deadline management and not forgetting 'juggling' a number of different clients at any one time. 
This works perfectly in her role at Pink Spaghetti where she provides detailed administrative support to a varying range of clients and their expectations. 
She loves nothing more than being by the sea with family and dogs! 
Sarah 
Sarah previously worked in Pensions Administration. Her knowledge in all Microsoft systems, and her high attention to detail, enable her to support our customers in many different administration tasks. Those who know Sarah, know she loves a process, particularly if it includes number work and a checklist. This explains why she enjoys the administration side of bookkeeping. Outside work you’ll find Sarah at the cinema, glued to the big screen, otherwise she'll be found with her head in a cookbook. 
Katie 
Katie has 10 years of Administration experience within various industries including Financial Services. She has knowledge in Microsoft systems and those who know her, know that she has a high attention to detail, especially when it comes to correcting a typo! 
Both in and out of work Katie is used to juggling tasks (and children!) to get things done. 
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending her time going for walks and days out with her two daughters. 
Clare 
Clare has a successful background with more than 25 years marketing experience, working for both international blue-chip companies and SMEs. She has extensive experience of content creation for multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram together with copywriting for websites, press releases, email campaigns and newsletters. She loves cooking, reading, going to the gym, and taking her Chocolate Labrador out for family walks with her husband and three children.

Fitted Furniture Company 

We have worked with this client for 5 years managing their social media accounts. We ensure their accounts are all branded and we research and write their social media posts, post them out and respond to questions and queries. In addition to this we write and send out a monthly newsletter to their clients. 

Beauty Company 

This is a client who came to us last year. We research and write posts for their social media accounts as well as managing their out of stock orders. This involves contacting their customers, arranging replacement orders and arranging refunds. 

Holiday Rental Company 

This is a new client who we support in a number of areas. We act more as a traditional virtual assistant. We looking after their emails, book in appointment and manage their travel. In addition to this we manage their social media accounts and regular email newsletters. We also support their business development, researching potential customers and making outbound calls to create appointments and send out further information.
