Virtual Assistant Merton
I am Vicky Wan, and I’m the proud owner of Pink Spaghetti Merton.
I live in Morden and I’m passionate about helping small businesses, in my area, reach their full potential. I am friendly, approachable and a good listener. I take great pride in doing a job to the fullest of my abilities whether it be large or small.
I have 10 years' experience in customer facing computer support and
development roles for medium and large multinational companies. Before
becoming a virtual assistant I specialised in IT infrastructure. I am highly
organised, methodical and enjoy working to deadlines. I am very logical and love finding solutions to problems.
Being a small business owner myself I can empathise with the challenges
business owners face, and I am always here to lend a helping hand when needed.
My team really adds to my expertise. In the team are specialist administrators used to using a wide range of systems used by small business owners.
We are always happy to have a no obligation chat, to see if we are the right fit for your business. We strongly believe in small businesses and are very happy working with people from around Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Colliers Wood and the surrounding areas.
Aly’s expertise is administration and project management. With over 25 years’ experience working with organisations across a number of industry sectors she brings a wealth of knowledge and specialises in organisation and identifying areas for process improvement.
Aly can turn her hand to many different tasks within the given time frame whilst maintaining her excellent attention to detail.
With 18 years of experience in retail IT operational support, Michelle is used to fast-paced change, supporting a multitude of bespoke and third-party systems. With degree-level qualifications in IT and Information Science, plus an eye for detail, Michelle is able to combine administrative skills with technical skills, and enjoys learning new systems and processes.
Why a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant does not just cover the traditional diary management and minute taking tasks, we are more of a virtual personal assistant, a clone of you as the business owner, getting through the tasks you don’t want to do, don’t have the time or the inclination to do. We are used to working with people who are amazing entrepreneurs, but by outsourcing and delegating their tasks, the time it frees up allows them to focus on what they are great at.
Using a virtual assistant is a cost-effective way of adding resource into your business. No holiday or sick pay, no tax, NI or pension costs, you don't pay for coffee breaks or office chat, and we are already trained in the things you need done. We offer either a "pick up, put down" hourly rate, or retainer agreements from just 4 hours a month for something more stable - whichever suits your business. We pride ourselves in open and honest pricing, so you will never get a surprise bill, and we can work to your budget.
Why Pink Spaghetti?
Pink Spaghetti is a franchise, and this means I have all these great people to call on. So, if I don't know the answer to something, there is always someone to ask to help. They are such a lovely bunch of friendly people and they can help if large projects come in, or cover through holidays and sickness. This means, for you, resource is always there even when I am not.
At Pink Spaghetti we appreciate how much there is to do - we are small business owners too! We are a friendly, approachable and humble bunch and enjoy becoming part of your team for as much or as little time as you need us. Our clients enjoy outsourcing to us without the hassle of employing.
A range of Virtual PA Services
The tasks we carry out are as varied as our customers! They are typically administration,
social media, organisation and marketing tasks and we can be seen with a pile of receipts or
setting up a CRM system. They can be as straight forward as stuffing envelopes or as
complicated as managing online web courses and creating the associated mailers and
automations that go with them. No job is too big or too small. We get involved when a
business owner has had something on a list for a while but never quite gets around to doing
Case Studies Here is how some of our customers use us.
Ice-cream Van Company
This client brought me on board to help with the day to day administration tasks of their company. I assisted with researching new sites for their vans and café kiosk, marketing them for events such as school summer fairs, air shows and corporate events. I also helped them balance their stock control system and, as English wasn’t their first language, I helped draft written proposals.
I’ve been working with a residents association that manages a block of 44 flats, for some time now. The directors in this association are all volunteering their time and skills but found that there was more work to be done than they had time for. I have assisted them in finding
various tradespeople and companies for the maintenance of their building and grounds, I have helped maintain their document filing systems and have been actively documenting their processes as needed. I now also do their bookkeeping.
Energy Consultancy Company
This company came to me when their existing admin employee went on long term sick leave. They needed cover to ensure their incoming and outgoing invoices were processed until their employee was able to return to work. The only other person that could complete this work was a CEO. By hiring me they had peace of mind that this work would continue to happen with minimal disruption to their business.
Success Coach Company
I started working with this company at the start of the year. Having already had VA’s working with them before they have very established and organised systems in place. The work ranges from maintaining their online course library, uploading podcasts for publishing, creating graphics, assisting scheduling social media posts, drafting mailers and creating automation sequences.
What our Customers Say
“Vicky provides a fantastic all round support service and when I booked her to manage my Instagram for a few months during a busy period I knew she would do a great job. Vicky surpassed my expectations, creating excellent brand appropriate content. She knew I was very time poor, so was also excellent at managing input from me into easily actionable requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vicky and Pink Spaghetti."
“Vicky is simply amazing!
We have been using her for a range of administrative tasks to ease the load in our offices. Some of these are regular tasks and some ad-hoc. Sometimes we’re well organised in advance but there are times when plans change at the last minute.
Vicky and her team manage a number of routine tasks for events that we hold, including liaising with suppliers and temporary staff. She is calm and efficient, working through processes in an ordered and logical fashion. She has done some debt collection for us.
Vicky also has employees who work for her and they are equally capable. From managing a diary, booking flights, trains and vans to the creation of invoices – it all just happens. We have also used Vicky for some ‘Now! Now!’ urgent tasks when circumstances change and travel plans have to be amended at short notice or we need to generate a report quickly. The response is always positive. I am delighted to recommend Vicky and her team for any of your administrative tasks particularly when you get overloaded in a pile of paperwork. Thank you to Vicky and her team for all of your support over the last year."
Elmbrook Computers Ltd, London
“Vicky has been working for our Residents Management company in Vauxhall for six months now. She has made a huge difference to our small business! She is calm, hard-working, and good company. She has helped us find some very good contractors for our required works, and has also dealt well with all the administrative talks we have asked her to take on. Her expertise in IT has been particularly helpful. This really has been a weight off our minds - knowing that she has our back and is able to follow up on tasks that we often do not have the time to. We recommend her very highly!”
“I’ve used Vicky at Pink Spaghetti Merton several times and have always been so impressed; she’s efficient, patient (essential with me!), and a bit of a Queen when it comes to all things social media and IT. It’s so reassuring to know that flexible Vicky and her team are there when I need them for tasks big or small. I’ve recommended Pink Spaghetti to a number of associates who have been equally as impressed. I am a very happy and loyal client!"
