Virtual Assistant Merton 

I am Vicky Wan, and I’m the proud owner of Pink Spaghetti Merton. 
 
I live in Morden and I’m passionate about helping small businesses, in my area, reach their full potential. I am friendly, approachable and a good listener. I take great pride in doing a job to the fullest of my abilities whether it be large or small. 

Why Me 

I have 10 years' experience in customer facing computer support and 
development roles for medium and large multinational companies. Before 
becoming a virtual assistant I specialised in IT infrastructure. I am highly 
organised, methodical and enjoy working to deadlines. I am very logical and love finding solutions to problems. 
 
Being a small business owner myself I can empathise with the challenges 
business owners face, and I am always here to lend a helping hand when needed.

My team really adds to my expertise. In the team are specialist administrators used to using a wide range of systems used by small business owners.

Aly 
Aly’s expertise is administration and project management. With over 25 years’ experience working with organisations across a number of industry sectors she brings a wealth of knowledge and specialises in organisation and identifying areas for process improvement. 
Aly can turn her hand to many different tasks within the given time frame whilst maintaining her excellent attention to detail. 
Michelle 
With 18 years of experience in retail IT operational support, Michelle is used to fast-paced change, supporting a multitude of bespoke and third-party systems. With degree-level qualifications in IT and Information Science, plus an eye for detail, Michelle is able to combine administrative skills with technical skills, and enjoys learning new systems and processes.

A range of Virtual PA Services 

The tasks we carry out are as varied as our customers! They are typically administration, 
social media, organisation and marketing tasks and we can be seen with a pile of receipts or 
setting up a CRM system. They can be as straight forward as stuffing envelopes or as 
complicated as managing online web courses and creating the associated mailers and
