I am Sandra Da Silva-Creasey, and I run Pink Spaghetti PA Services Horsham, Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill in West Sussex. I have an amazing team of virtual assistants that specialise in everything it takes to run a small business, allowing you as a business owner to do what you do best. 
I live in Horsham and am passionate about supporting small businesses in the local area. I set up my business because I LOVE doing the background work everyone needs for their business and truly thrive on helping others achieve their goals. 
 
I work with a variety of businesses from retail shops, community enterprises to business coaches, we help them in several ways from Social Media Marketing, Newsletters, Transcribing, Website updates to Bookkeeping. No task is too big or too small. 
 
I really care about my clients and take time learning about their businesses, working closely with them to see how I can continuously help increase efficiency by being pro-active along the way. I pride myself on being a friendly, outgoing person who delights in helping you gain control enabling you to enjoy the smaller things in life and concentrate on the core part of your business, taking it to the next level. 

Why Me 

I have been in business for over 20 years and have brought with me a wealth of experience gained in senior management positions within the hospitality industry, Finance, and care sector. I have been fortunate enough to work in a variety of roles including marketing, recruitment, payroll, corporate responsibility, and guest services and have also had the pleasure of opening a brand-new hotel so know only too well the drive and determination it takes to make a business succeed. 
 
I am highly organised, very used to and motivated by tight deadlines and quickly build rapport and confidence with others, becoming an enthusiastic extra pair of hands for your business. I love a challenge and thrive on helping my clients find creative solutions to problems. 

My Team 

My team really adds to my expertise. In the team are specialist administrators, website developers and graphic designers who are used to using a wide range of systems used by small business owners.

Amanda 
Amanda’s expertise is admin, with experience in Administration working in the private sector for many years and having previously run her own small successful business. Amanda is a highly conscientious individual with great attention to detail and organisation skills that are second to none. Amanda has experience in customer service and retail marketing and she loves nothing more than a fresh challenge.

We have worked with this East Grinstead based client for several years now, managing their online training workshops by initially researching the best platform for them to launch their courses on, looking at platforms such as Thinkific, Teachable to Learnworlds. Subsequently uploading their training workshops and videos on a regular basis and editing the site for them as required. We also create newsletters for their sponsors that goes out to their vast database. 

Community Support Company 

This is a new client who we support in a number of areas. We have become their personal virtual assistant in many ways by updating the valuable information on their website, sending out weekly newsletters and researching sponsors that would work well with them. They currently support a huge community in Worthing and have a very active Community Facebook page.
