I’m Sarah Fewkes and I run Pink Spaghetti Chesterfield and Worksop. Pink Spaghetti are an award-winning franchise business with a nationwide team of Virtual Assistants providing a wide range of business support services.
I live in Mosborough, on the Derbyshire border and I’m passionate about helping small business owners locally and in the surrounding areas. I love doing the background work everyone needs for their business, like admin, co-ordinating projects or research and finding solutions to help your business run more efficiently.
Taking care of the day-to-day tasks means that business owners can concentrate on what they really need to be doing to grow their business.
Why Me
I have over 30 years’ experience working in business support roles as an Executive Assistant and Business Support Manager. Working predominantly within the Private Sector and working at CEO level, I have been involved in many different areas of business, including HR, Marketing, Facilities Management, Transport, and Health & Safety.
I am highly organised and love proactively planning to ensure tasks are always completed quickly and efficiently. I love finding solutions to problems and implementing processes to make things run more smoothly and effectively.

Digital Marketing Agency
This is a new client who is a classic example of a small business owner not having enough hours in the day and needing some time to grow their business. Managing their inbox and diary takes away some of the day-to-day tasks, enabling them to focus on doing what they do best. In addition, I plan and schedule their social media and keep track of their clients and their projects to ensure timelines and milestones are achieved.

I provide admin support for this customer dealing with tender enquiries. This involves liaising with sub-contractors, sending and chasing enquires and subsequently logging and managing the returns. We have improved and created new processes to streamline the efficiency of all the projects. In addition we manage the customer’s LinkedIn profile in order to attract new prospects and generate more leads.
Personal Care Product Retailer
I help this customer with marketing their business through Social Media and email campaigns. In addition, we have set up processes for dealing with customers including leads, existing and new customers – ensuring databases are kept up to date in order to target specific groups and keep in touch with relevant information to generate further sales.
