With over a decade of experience in education, I've honed my ability to stay organised, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities. I bring that same efficiency and attention to detail to my work as a Virtual Assistant, ensuring you get top-notch support tailored to your unique needs. As a Virtual Assistant, I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses across a 
variety of industries, from construction and law enforcement to physiotherapy, facilities management, solar energy installation, and personal assisting. 
 
Having lived in Brentwood and studied in Chelmsford, I know the local business landscape inside out. I’ve watched countless small businesses take off, and I love being part of their journey, providing practical, reliable support to help them thrive.

Sarah is a social media and digital marketing expert with experience working for global brands such as New Look, Laura Ashley, and Revlon. With a BSc in Design Management 
and an MA in Consumption, Culture, and Marketing, she blends creativity with analytical insights to craft impactful marketing strategies. From content creation and social media 
management to e-commerce trade marketing, Sarah helps businesses cut through the noise and engage their audience effectively. Let her expertise elevate your brand and take the stress out of your digital marketing. 
Louise 
With a background in business and communications, Louise brings strong organisation and creativity to the Pink Spaghetti team. She spent 12 years in the Metropolitan Police Press Office, producing clear, engaging content for media and the public, including a weekly crime column. Alongside running a successful children’s party business, Louise now supports small businesses with inbox management, admin, and personal PA tasks. Her attention to detail and communication skills help business owners stay focused, organised, and in control of their workload. 
Catherine 
Catherine joins us with a wealth of experience in both teaching and business management. 
Having previously worked as a primary school teacher and now running her own successful 
children’s sports business, she’s highly organised, adaptable, and customer-focused. 
Catherine excels at learning new systems quickly, solving problems independently, and working with professionalism, care, and warmth. Her proactive approach and ability to juggle multiple priorities and responsibilities make her a fantastic and valuable addition to our team.
