My name is Rachel Powęzka and I run Pink Spaghetti Cardiff and Vale. I’m from South Wales and live in North Cardiff, I love the local area and community. I am passionate about working with, and supporting, small local business owners and private households – helping you with those tasks and activities you wish someone else would do, freeing you up to focus on what you do best and to give you a better work life balance.
As a virtual assistant my support for small business owners includes organisational and administrative tasks (such as diary and email management), communications (such as newsletters and social media) and event planning. I can help you develop and grow your business – with the flexibility of providing support exactly where you need it. For private households, I provide support for diary management, online ordering, event planning and much more.

I have over 20 years of professional experience in people management, recruitment, onboarding, training, communications, events and administration. I have worked in both private and public organisations in a range of sectors such as accountancy, grocery, education and charity groups. As a result, I am comfortable working across many types and sizes of business and can tailor my approach as needed.
I am organised, efficient and proactive and pay attention to the detail throughout my work with excellent organisation and communication skills. I am flexible and can tailor support based on your particular needs, and I am very aware of how those needs can evolve, almost continuously sometimes! I pride myself in providing a professional, friendly, responsive and timely service to all my clients – I am passionate about making your business a success or helping your household run more smoothly.
I am your 25th hour in the day, providing the support needed to help you achieve whatever goals and objectives you or your business have.
