I am Claire Rothwell and I am proud to run Pink Spaghetti Bury & Rochdale. With over 20 years experience in administration and customer service, I can offer small business owners all the support they need, whenever they need it!
Originally from Bury and now living in the beautiful Rossendale Valley, I am keen to work with local businesses and offer them the flexibility and support that a Virtual Assistant offers.
Whether it’s assisting business owners with their own personal tasks to free their time up to concentrate on their work, or assist with a one-of project or monthly reporting – no tasks is too big or small.
Having worked across various sectors in administrative and supporting roles over the years, including PA to Managing Director and CEO, I progressed to Customer Account Manager roles where I have thrived from building relationships with new and existing clients.
My skillset has developed with every role undertaken and I have obtained several qualifications in Business Administration aswell as even completing a certification in Electrical Engineering early on in my career! Whether it’s basic admin tasks or more complex projects, I enjoy the challenge of throwing myself into something new.
Ultimately, customer service is at the heart of everything I do, so it’s my job to ensure that the very best is achieved within the work I present.
