I’m Kathryn Nolan, and I own and manage Pink Spaghetti PA Services Bury & Rochdale. I started my business in 2020 following a successful career in Export Sales. My career experience of working in busy SME companies has provided me with the ideal skills and knowledge required to help and support business owners who need a 25th hour in their day.
My area covers Bury, Rochdale, Ramsbottom and the Rossendale Valley which is where I live.
As a virtual assistant, being useful is my primary motivation and nothing make me happier than knowing I’ve been able to provide much needed help and support to my customers whether that be practical hands-on support or just some time saving advice.
Prior to my role as a Pink Spaghetti Virtual Assistant, I worked as an Export Sales Manager for some market leading interiors and fabric companies. Nurturing relationships with customers have always been a rewarding aspect of my working life meaning that I now have friends all over the world!
In my working life I have needed to be organised, have attention to detail, be adaptable and a good problem solver. All attributes which when combined, make a great virtual assistant.

If I don't know how to complete a task, then one of my fellow franchisees will. For example, I can't speak French, but Sarah in Chesterfield is fluent!
We can call on each other when workloads are heavy or at holiday times. We are in regular touch, sharing our experiences, knowledge and supporting each other. We always follow best practice, and we are all GDPR compliant.
