Virtual Assistant Bristol
I am Helen Jackson and I run Pink Spaghetti Bristol. I have the skills to support small businesses run smoothly and efficiently. This allows you as a business owner to concentrate on doing what you do best.
I live in Ashton in South Bristol, just outside the city centre. I believe small businesses are hugely important and am passionate about supporting their growth. I am a good listener and enjoy finding solutions for customers. I am approachable and enjoy doing the work in the background needed to run a business.
Why Me
I have 15 years’ experience in project management in both the private and public sector. I have managed projects from inception to completion, individually and managing a team of people. My skills range from managing budgets and project planning to chairing and minuting meetings and responding to issues as they arise.
I enjoy working with people to find solutions to problems and finding better or more efficient ways of working. I am confident working to deadlines and prioritising work to effectively get work done.
I have a good eye for detail and pride myself in producing work to a high standard and enjoy working with customers to work in accordance with their business ethos.
My Team
My team really adds to my expertise. In the team are specialist administrators, content writers, and people who are used to using a wide range of systems used by small business owners.
Claire
Claire is our Admin and Social Media Assistant who carries out varied tasks, from research and creating social media content to newsletters and client admin support.
She loves using Canva to design graphics and memes and likes to be super organised.
Her previous roles have given her plenty of admin and customer service experience which she now uses to support our clients.
