My name is Nikki Wilson and I am proudly running Pink Spaghetti Barnsley & Pontefract. I have over 15 years of business support and operations experience, covering all typical behind-the-scenes small business tasks and I am ready and raring to provide the help you need to succeed.
I live within the heart of Pontefract and have spent some years working within the Barnsley area too, so I am eager to work with local businesses and provide a variety of virtual assistance to help them thrive.
If you need help connecting with your customers, completing admin tasks, planning social media strategies or even assistance with more personal tasks then I can help! If it’s important to you, then it’s important to me too.

It has always been my passion to provide help and support in whatever capacity I can so that the businesses I serve are fully satisfied with my work. I have an extensive background in customer focused roles, administration, business support, social media marketing and management and content/copy writing, and a willingness to learn so that I can be the absolute best at whatever role I undertake. I am approachable and friendly, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to succeed.
Having gained a degree in Social Psychology I have a specific interest in offering a person centred approach; ensuring that I fully understand and listen to the exact needs of my clients so that I can offer solutions that they are comfortable and confident with - after all; I understand that your business is your baby, and I am here to help you to nurture and grow it to it’s full potential.
