I am Jayne Bernstein and I run Pink Spaghetti Stevenage & Surrounds. My business franchise started in October 2020. My business is that of a Virtual Assistant. Pink Spaghetti, however, combines Personal Assistant services with that of the Virtual Assistant services.
I setup my business because I wanted to offer a wealth of experience of different roles from my working career to support small businesses and busy people. I have an innate sense of ways of working and am very innovative when tasks are requested.
I pride myself on my pro-activity and will listen to your requirements and suggest ideas on how we can work together.
Why Me
My working career has seen several changes over the years. These skills are my Pink Spaghetti specialism. From administration, PA and secretarial work, Marketing event management and IT Support through to Project Management.
I have been a Project Manager for 25+ years, delivering small internal and client projects to international global internal and client projects. I bring a wealth of information on methodology that includes, PRINCEII and Agile. I can also help your business by looking at business processes and suggesting new or different ways of working if required.
I pride myself on my enthusiasm, reliability, approachability and all round excellent “do-er”
Why a virtual assistant?

A great example is a client who needed an e-commerce account setup to sell digital products. I was able to setup a new account for the client and add the products she wanted to sell in an hour. This task would have taken the client several hours to do herself as she did not have experience of doing something like this previously. Tasks like these are what Pink Spaghetti can do, day in day out. It really is your 25th hour in the day.
