5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction Guaranteed!
We are thrilled to announce that we have won the WorkBuzz 5-star satisfaction award for the 7th consecutive year!
To be considered, franchisors must have taken part in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark programme, where franchisees are asked to complete a confidential online survey, rating their franchisor on qualities such as initial training, ongoing support, their relationship with the franchisor, and whether they would recommend the franchise to a prospective franchisee.

What's more, the top-performing franchisors are then put forward as finalists in the Best Franchise Awards so it is a real privilege to be shortlisted.
The next step is a presentation to the esteemed judges in a couple of weeks so cross your fingers for us and we will let you know how we get on!
We are also the only Virtual Assistant franchise to receive the award so as you can imagine, it means so much to us as it reflects how much our amazing franchisees value our franchise offering and support.
