We are really proud to announce that for the 5th consecutive year, Pink Spaghetti has been awarded the coveted WorkBuzz Franchise 5 Star Satisfaction Award. We are even more excited that our overall satisfaction score was up 1% on last year to 94%. We love the fact that 100% of franchisees said they would recommend the franchise to others and that they are proud to be part of the Pink Spaghetti network. 

 

This score is based on feedback from our own franchisees and so it is the most important award we could receive. Every single franchisee in our network took part in this survey, rare in the franchise industry. The survey is carried out anonymously by Work Buzz (formerly Smith & Henderson).
