We asked Smith & Henderson to conduct an anonymous survey amongst our franchisees to find out what they love, and what could be improved, and we are pleased to announce that for the 3rd year running we have achieved the coveted 5 Star Satisfaction award.
We’re happy to announce that our overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark score was 95% and we were significantly ahead of the industry average scores across all sections of the survey.
It was particularly pleasing to note that our franchisees are all happy with the initial training and head office support, with scores of 100% in both these areas.
