Virtual Assistants Day 2022
Posted on 3rd May 2022 at 15:36
To celebrate Virtual Assistants Day 2022, we thought we’d share just some of the tasks we get up to in a typical week for our clients. Hopefully this will show you that we can provide you with full small business support and so much more!
Early morning was spent recording podcast stats and tracking Amazon audio sales figures. We then
uploaded a new version of a book to Kindle.
Mid morning we created an event on Eventbrite, added it to a website and promoted it via Mailchimp.
The afternoon entailed paying a client’s staff wages and sending out payslips, before arranging a writing retreat.
Our morning started by creating a social media campaign for a summer Illuminated boat event on the Thames.
The afternoon was spent bookkeeping on Quickbooks and introducing a client to our fluent Italian speaking colleague.
Today was a busy day working on client podcasts (editing and publishing), blog post writing, creating social media graphics and scheduling social media posts.
We then spent some time booking hotels and flights, calendar management, organising paperwork, invoicing and printing event packs for a client (gymnastics tournament) before researching local area schools for a family.
Thursday was spent updating/adding files on a clients' own systems, sending invoices, payroll admin, social media writing and scheduling.
We were then asked to chair a meeting and feedback on action points to keep the project on course and on time.
This morning was spent setting up a live webinar, writing blogs and lots of diary management.
The afternoon was spent on competitor analysis, taking meeting minutes, creating marketing artwork and working on new policies and procedures for a client
We hope this gives you just a taste of what we could do for your business. Do contact us, should you have any questions.
