Job Title: Marketing Content Creator 
 
Type: 20 hours per week minimum 
 
Location information: Mainly remote, with specific location work when required. Ideally located within 15 
miles of Horsham, West Sussex 
 
Rate of pay: £26,325 – £27,300 pro rata (based on 37.5 hours per week)

Based in Horsham, we are a small company that places a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality services to our clients. While we specialise in crafting content for a diverse range of businesses, our unique approach involves building connections with our customers. We proactively seek opportunities to market their businesses, engaging directly with a variety of small enterprises in the local area to cultivate strong and nurturing relationships. 
 
We are seeking a Content Creator who has a passion for creating visually captivating posts to manage our clients marketing. A background in marketing is a necessity. Experience in most social media platforms is desirable but not essential 
as full training can be given for the right person. 
 
Your main job duties will include: 
 
Developing creative and engaging content that reflects a businesses brand image. 
Monitoring customer accounts and responding to enquiries. 
Proactively advising clients on new marketing opportunities to drive increased business visibility. 
Day-to-day management of social media pages. 
Copywriting. 
Artwork creation using Canva.

You sweat the small details on content quality and accuracy. 
You have strong written and verbal skills. 
A proactive approach to working with customers. 
Creative skills . 
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines across multiple projects. 
Team player (we have a small team of 4) . 
You thrive in ambiguity and work well without supervision. 
 
Desirable skills: 
 
Knowledge of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest. 
Working knowledge of email marketing tools including Mailchimp. 
Flexibility to attend networking and in-person events. 
 
This role comes with an opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities with support and training for the right candidate, but this is not an expectation of the role.
