Job Title: Marketing & Administration Assistant
Type: We are seeking a part-time person, 25-30 hours a week spread over 5 days, Monday – Friday during office hours. The hours can easily fit in with school run hours if required.
Location information: Working with a remote friendly, supportive team. Meeting up in person several times a hotel would be paid for if required.
Rate of pay: Starting salary of £24,000 pro rata based on 37.5 hours FTE

We are a growing PA company based in Frodsham looking for a home-based assistant who will support us with our growing list
of customer tasks.
Your main job duties will include:
General administration
Writing & scheduling social media posts
Website updates
Blog writing
Dealing with emails on behalf of customers
Liaising with customers to chase information or communicate information
Data entry
Chasing invoices
Dealing with customer’s own systems to carry out tasks
Updating websites
Telephone calls on behalf of clients
Your key qualities:
A sense of urgency
Excellent written English skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
A customer focused, confident self-starter, able to deal with clients at all levels
Ability to work well without supervision and a team player
Team player
Enjoys challenges
Flexible and pragmatic with a positive can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel
