Job Title: Creative Admin Assistant 
 
Type: We are seeking a part time team member, to fulfill 10 hours per week across 2-3 week days. The hours can easily fit with school run/family commitments. 
 
Location information: Although the role is remote, it would be beneficial if the candidate was within easy travel to Pontefract for in-person training and team-building events. 
 
Rate of pay: £12.60 per hour. A company laptop will be provided.

Job description: 
 
We are a growing PA company based in Pontefract, looking for a remote based creative admin assistant who will support us with our expanding list of customer tasks. 
 
Your main job duties will include: 
 
Research and create social media posts and blogs 
Social media monitoring and updates 
Writing email newsletters 
Managing email inboxes 
Chasing invoices 
Working with customers’ own systems to carry out tasks 
Build strong relationships with clients 
 
Your key qualities: 
 
Excellent written English skills 
Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn experience (training will be given) 
Good creative skills 
Works well without supervision 
Customer focussed 
The ability to work on multiple projects at one time 
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines 
Good attention to detail and accuracy 
Enjoys challenges 
A sense of urgency 
Detail oriented 
Team player 
Is tech savvy - with experience of using remote business systems such as 
Asana, click-up, Slack, CRM systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite etc.
