Job Title: Administration Executive 
 
Type: 12 hours a week over 4 days. With the chance to increase hours up to 15 as the business grows 
 
Location information: Remote working but based in Leeds 
 
Rate of pay: Salary approx £25,000 pro rata, based on 37.5 hours p/w

The Pink Spaghetti Leeds team is growing and we have a great opportunity for an administration executive to join at this exciting time. Working directly under the business owner, the ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google systems and most importantly a positive attitude.

Your main job duties may include: 
 
Managing email inboxes and diaries, ensuring that clients only need to deal with the most important information. 
Liaising with customers to chase or communicate information, building strong relationships in the process. 
Raising and chasing invoices. 
Working with customers’ own systems to carry out tasks. 
Provide administration support and assist other team members as workload dictates. 
Outgoing calls. 
Other duties as required. 
 
Your key qualities: 
 
Ability to work on a variety of tasks for different customers 
Pragmatic with a flexible can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a team-player mentality. 
Trustworthy, reliable, resilient and understand the importance of discretion and excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills essential. 
Confident in dealing with clients and candidates at all levels.  
Accurate and thorough. 
Efficient and well organised with a calm approach to work. 
Comfortable learning new systems and platforms. 
Friendly and personable – likes working as part of a team and a strong relationship builder. 
Proactive and able to take the initiative when required to do so. 
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel. 
 
Your experience: 
 
You will need at least 5 years experience working in an administrative role, or similar transferable skills 
 
The role:  
 
Located in Leeds, but working remotely 
12 hours a week over 4 days minimum. With the chance to increase hours up to 15 as the business grows 
Salary approx £25,000 pro rata, based on 37.5 hours p/w 
Pension – auto enrolment when applicable 
Holiday - 28 days per annum pro rata including bank holidays
