Hello, I’m Niki Pinner, owner of Pink Spaghetti Wyre Forest and Stourbridge. As a virtual assistant based in Bewdley, I support small businesses and busy professionals across North Worcestershire and beyond with practical, hands-on business support.
From managing inboxes and diaries to coordinating projects, event management, supporting recruitment, and improving day-to-day operations, I help bring structure and clarity to busy workloads. I also offer social media support to help businesses stay visible and consistent, as well as personal admin support, from booking holidays to managing appointments and everyday errands.
With a background in recruitment, project management and leadership across corporate and charity sectors, I’m naturally organised and solution-focused. I’m passionate about supporting my clients to achieve their goals and enjoy asking the right questions to understand what’s really needed. By working together, I can help you feel in control, boost your efficiency and ensure your day-to-day runs more smoothly, using smart tools and efficient ways of working where needed, so you can focus on what matters most.
Why Me
With over 16 years’ experience across corporate Big 4 and charity sectors, I have built a career in recruitment and leading teams in fast-paced environments. My roles have involved managing people, delivering projects, driving change and improving processes, often working to tight deadlines and meeting high expectations.
I’m known for staying calm and level-headed, even under pressure, and for bringing structure and clarity to busy workloads. I enjoy simplifying complex tasks, solving problems and helping others achieve their goals. As a naturally curious and organised person, I’m always thinking ahead and creating practical, structured plans to keep things running smoothly.
I joined Pink Spaghetti to support small business owners in growing and nurturing their businesses, just as I am growing my own. I’m positive, reliable, always willing to go the extra mile, and I love celebrating my clients’ successes with them.
