I’m Jayne Shufflebotham and I own Pink Spaghetti Wigan & St Helens. We operate as a valued Virtual Assistant company assisting local businesses with all back- office administration tasks in addition to company promotion through Social Media. We have a wealth of experience and work collaboratively with a team of over 50 virtual assistants with a raft of specialisms that allow you to work on your business and not just be in it.
Based in Lowton we’re centrally located between our two areas so that we can support the local small businesses that work there. I pride myself on being approachable and listening to my customer’s needs and integrating fully into their organisation.
I love doing the routine but essential tasks for local companies because I know how important they are to keep the wheels in motion to operate and I love supporting people and helping them to grow by writing relevant social media content that raises their profile in the local community within which they operate.
Having worked within an array of private and public sector environments for over 34 years and being a Fellow of the Institute of Administration Management, I not only have an appreciation of the importance of routine daily tasks, but have a wealth of experience in project implementation, management, administration and marketing.

We undertook a full brand alignment exercise at the start of our relationship to ensure consistency across the on-line presence from the website, right through to personal and company social media profiles.
Our client has a busy website with many incoming enquiries from clients wishing to book his services. We handle all of the queries, quote for services, manage the online bespoke booking software and ensure that all contracts are signed, invoices raised and monies chased in advance of performances.
