I am Rachel Hallam, and I run Pink Spaghetti Stockport, Wilmslow and Macclesfield. I provide virtual assistant support to many small business owners. This allows you as a business owner to spend more time working on growing your business.
I live in Stockport, near Manchester and I am passionate about supporting small businesses in my local area. I set up my business because I enjoy doing the administration and marketing work everyone needs for their business. I pride myself on being friendly, approachable and listening to my clients and being pro-active along the way. My attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines is a key asset for any small business.
I have been in business for nearly 5 years. I brought with me a wealth of experience in senior marketing roles within consumer healthcare and retail. I have been fortunate enough to work in many areas of marketing including brand management, new product development, communications, promotions and advertising.
I have worked across several European markets and my brand experience includes work with Scholl Footcare, Carex, Imperial Leather and Honeywell.
I am highly organised, very used to and motivated by working to deadlines. I am an enthusiastic extra pair of hands for your business. I love a challenge and helping my clients to find creative solutions to business problems.

We can support each other via sharing work, providing holiday cover or having an ‘expert’ online when we are tackling new jobs. This means the resource is always there even if I am not.

A range of Virtual PA Services
The tasks we carry out are varied. On any given day we could be doing several different tasks. One of our main tasks is small business administration. This involves general admin which can help a small business owner manage their workload. Most requested admin is email and calendar management helping business owners keep on top of their day-to-day schedule and ensuring customer deadlines are met.
Receipts and invoice management is another key activity most small business owners do not enjoy or struggle to keep on top of. In our role as personal assistants, we are often sent a pile of receipts (sometimes going back 12 months!) we can photograph, file and set up an expense worksheet to keep on top of this. Making sure customer invoices are sent out monthly and updating accounting systems like Xero are a regular part of our work.
Social media management and marketing is key to keeping small businesses visible and in contact with current and new customers. We research, write and schedule social media across all the main platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. We also write email marketing campaigns and can help with all elements of brand planning.
