I am Louise Moore and along with my team, we provide a service to our clients to help them with all the things they have no knowledge, time, or inclination to do themselves.
I live in Woolston in Southampton and love helping my customers by giving them time to grow their business. All of my team are local which means when we can, we can get together to discuss how we can best help our clients, and bounce ideas off of each other. We are approachable and customer care is the core of our business.
I have run my Pink Spaghetti business for 2 years. Before that, I had various management positions in the NHS and did that for over 20 years. I am also a qualified NVQ assessor in customer service, business admin, prevent and protect, my training background gives me the knowledge to ensure my staff are well trained in the most current systems, meaning we can transfer this knowledge to our clients.
We love nothing more than implementing processes to save time.
