Virtual Assistant Salisbury & Andover
My name is Sarah Lawrence and I am the owner of Pink Spaghetti Salisbury & Andover. As a virtual assistant, I take care of the jobs that business owners just don’t have time for, don’t know how to do or simply hate doing, leaving them those precious hours to focus on the things that they enjoy and excel at!
I live in the village of Redlynch in Wiltshire, which is just south of Salisbury in the north of The New Forest. I am happiest when I am able to help others to grow their businesses and flourish, which is one of the main reasons why I set up my business. I also love a challenge and working with people. Running Pink Spaghetti Salisbury & Andover gives me the opportunity to support and help the growth of small businesses in my local community with a variety of tasks, including marketing, social media, organisation, administration and much, much more!
I spent over 20 years working in the corporate world of Travel and Technology, which gave me a wealth of experience in sales, project management, event planning and other key skills that are important to help businesses grow. My work in the travel industry also gave me the passion to help others, which is the force that drives my business.
I’m a ‘yes’ person with a good eye for detail, and I do everything with enthusiasm and compassion. I’m also a highly organised individual which is born from my 20-plus years in the corporate world.
My team is there to support me in my day-to-day tasks, as well as adding to the expertise that I can offer in my business. As a team, we complement each other to offer a bigger variety of services to clients, so you know you’re getting two helpful, knowledgeable and friendly people to support your business goals.
Mikaela's role is to write fresh and innovative content, including social media posts, newsletters and articles. Her skills cross traditional and digital marketing. She's had a varied career, employed by large multinationals, local government, small business and of being self-employed. Mikaela has experience with a variety of social media platforms and echoes my passion for helping other people.
As a social media assistant, Rebecca’s role is to aid in the social media side of the business by writing fresh and innovative content, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs and websites. She has personal experience with a variety of social media platforms, and like me has a passion for helping other people through her previous experience in various retail positions.
Why a virtual assistant?
As a virtual assistant, I aid in the growth of businesses big and small by taking on the tasks that they are not able to do, don’t have time to do, or simply don’t like to do. Often small business owners, in particular, find that they are spending their evenings or weekends catching up on overdue work. I help those people restore their work/life balance by taking on those tasks so they can focus on what makes them money and what makes them happy, letting them get their lives back!
There are so many benefits to hiring a virtual assistant, not least the ability to take some stress off yourself, but also as a practical and cost-effective way to manage your business needs. My clients pay only for what they want or need on a month-to-month basis – some months I may do a lot of hours for a client, whereas the next month they might only have a few tasks to outsource, which is very appealing for small business owners as we all know that business can fluctuate at times. With a virtual personal assistant, everything is based around the client’s needs!
Why Pink Spaghetti?
At Pink Spaghetti, we pride ourselves on being ‘the 25th hour in your day’, using our breadth of knowledge, experience and expertise to help your business flourish. Behind every single Pink Spaghetti virtual assistant is a big, fabulous network of people, so if I can’t do something there are plenty of people behind me who can – from my team, to all my fellow Pink Spaghetti franchisees.
We are also all small business owners ourselves, so we’re really in the same boat when it comes to wanting to successfully grow a business and succeed in such a saturated market. What makes Pink Spaghetti different, however, is how approachable, helpful and friendly everyone is! We want your business to succeed as much as you do, so you can trust that you are getting a high level of care, attention and understanding from a Pink Spaghetti virtual assistant.
A range of Virtual PA Services
Our services are wide and varied, and we’re able to offer support in pretty much anything! Typically, we tend to carry out tasks including social media management, bookkeeping, creating content, organisation, social media and email marketing, invoicing, business administration, branding… the list goes on! Whatever it is, if it’s taking up too much of your time that can be better spent doing something else within your business, then we can take it on.
Case Studies Here is how some of our customers use us.
We have worked with this Salisbury-based client for upwards of a year now. Our role is to oversee all of the Marketing aspects of the business, including creating content for their social media accounts, writing monthly newsletters, managing their engagement and supporting the promotion of their e-learning courses. As the year has gone on, we have increased our workload as the level of engagement from their clients has increased.
Virtus Health Europe Ltd
Working as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of the European arm of this organisation demonstrates how Pink Spaghetti provides Administrative support to businesses, large and small. The work carried out includes diary management, email management, minute taking, HR Support and Sales Administration tasks. Even for a larger organisation using a virtual assistant is more beneficial than hiring a PA.
AppleTree Marketing Ltd
This client is an expert in Marketing and recognised that her time is best spent with her clients rather than on their social media and email marketing. She outsources all of Appletree and all of her clients’ social media, blogs and email marketing to me for uploading, scheduling and proof reading. Having direct contact with her clients enables me to work efficiently creating a win-win-win!
A new client we took on at the end of 2020, this Bournemouth-based client needed an entire overhaul of his social media platforms and website. We performed an end-to-end review of the client’s branding and social media presence, including making a new logo for him, as well as updating and improving his website and creating new social media sites for him. We also continually analyse his needs and goals for his content. We now support his business on an on-going basis by running his social media platforms and newsletters.
What our Customers Say
“At the start of lockdown, when all of us small business owners went into meltdown and started trying to think of ways to take our businesses online, Sarah offered me a Facebook and LinkedIn health check. Like many people I think I had just fiddled around to create my own business page and profile and had never been taught how to do it. With Sarah's report I was able to spend a couple of days working on these two platforms and then had a 45 minute follow up call with her to go through things I couldn't figure out myself. With her permission, I was also able to share her tips with my fellow consultants across the country. This has transformed my online presence and I really can't recommend Sarah highly enough.”
House of Colour, Salisbury
“I have no hesitation in recommending Sarah's services as a 'virtual pa'. She is trustworthy, efficient, and has a 'can do' attitude to everything I have asked. My project was complex, and multi-faceted, and necessarily confidential. It has been completed to my entire satisfaction. It is no exaggeration to say it could not have been achieved without her!”
“I recently asked Sarah at Pink Spaghetti to help with a seminar I wanted to run. Sarah located an excellent venue for us in the area I was targeting and at a really good price too. Sarah also helped to design the flyers, which were great and are going to be used for my next seminar, once the Covid 19 lockdown ends. Thanks for all your help Sarah.”
Atheneys Law & Finance, Bournemouth
“Sarah has been extremely professional and very creative with the posters she produced for me to advertise my family business. She understood what I needed the end products to look like and delivered exceptionally well. Strongly recommend Sarah for administration jobs that help take the pressure off you and enables you to focus on other core areas of the business.”
Saffron Indian Takeaway, Salisbury
“I highly recommend Sarah Lawrence; professional, friendly, organised and above all a lovely person to work with.”
