We are Karen Book and Katie Skinner, the owners of Pink Spaghetti Preston. We have a wonderful and experienced team of virtual assistants ready to support small and medium sized businesses with a wide range of tasks.
We live in Blackburn and Chorley and love our work, as it’s so varied. It’s such a pleasure to be part of other companies and carry out work that really helps in the day-to-day running of their business. We are part of so many teams and get to work across many industries – what’s not to love?
We started the company and brought many different skills and characteristics to our business and have since enhanced these skills with the addition of other team members. With first-rate organisational and time-management skills our aim is to integrate smoothly into a company allowing owners and staff to concentrate on essential tasks to help the business grow.
Our background industries include legal, public sector social services, career advice and guidance, disability specialisms and British Sign Language communication support, education, counselling and so much more.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a desire to provide quality support, which are the 2 core foundations of our work.
Our team is a careful selection of fabulous people that are the lifeblood of our business. Together we complement each other and are able to provide an all-round service to our customers. At present we are a team of 4, but watch this space, as we are hoping to expand again soon!
Joanne is wonderful and has over 20 years’ experience of administration and customer focused support. Her skill sets include Microsoft Office applications, invoicing, credit control, and business development to name a few. We would be lost without her.
Emma is a fantastic team member and alongside administration skills, she is a previous dog groomer with a passion and skills to help out in all areas of the business. Whether it be writing newsletters, creating social media posts, and undertaking research – every team needs an Emma.
