Hello, I am Renatha Hope. I am the owner of Pink Spaghetti, Nottingham, mum of a 5-year-old daughter and a wife. Starting my own business has been the best thing I have ever done, as it has allowed me to have work life balance! I am a true believer of Hillary Clinton’s quote; “Don’t confuse having a career with having a life.”
I am a graduate from Northwood University, Michigan and have previously worked in a business world running sales and administration teams. I am fluent in English and Portuguese.
I live in West Bridgford, Nottingham. I love finding practical solutions to support my clients to organise their business, so they are free to do what they are passionate about. I am creative and also happy to get stuck into “hands on” tasks.
I am very enthusiastic and driven! I grew up in Brazil, went to university in the USA and been living in England for almost 15 years. I am very organised, proactive, and practical. I strive for perfection and maximising every opportunity for my clients by being creative and original.
I feel truly fortunate that my previous 10 years’ experience working in the construction industry has given me a unique skill set, due to the challenging management positions I have successfully implemented.
My experience and skill ranges from business administration, process improvements, analysis, reporting, account management, Customer Resource Management (CRM) systems and I am also a qualified project manager.

A virtual assistant is like employing a consultant in that we are free-lance, so there is no holiday or sick pay, no tax, NI or pension costs, I am already experienced in the tasks you need doing, so I don’t need training up. I offer either an ad hoc hourly rate, or retainer agreements from just 4 hours a month - whatever suits your business. I have open and honest pricing, which can include a cost limit, so you will never get a surprise bill, and we can work to your budget.
