I am Clare Matthews and I run Pink Spaghetti Northwich and Warrington. Virtual Assistants allow you to run your business while outsourcing all those tasks that you don’t find the time to get done.
I live in Northwich, Cheshire and I am incredibly passionate about supporting our local businesses to thrive and succeed. I do this by listening to your needs, playing to your strengths and taking care of the rest, as you would like it to be done and getting it right first time. I have been in business for almost three years, previously working at Pink Spaghetti HQ and falling in love with what we do. Helping you succeed.
Having spent over 13 years in wealth management and administration I have developed excellent organisation and communication skills. I am both approachable and professional and know how important it is to get things right for customers.
I have been fortunate enough to work varied roles with large corporates and sole traders and can understand the pressures faced by both types of businesses. Working as a VA there is no task too small or large that we can’t take care of.

Software CompanSoftware Provider
I have worked with this client for 3 years raising a large volume of invoices for consultancy delivery. We do this using their accounting software and this involves liaising with several key stakeholders including staff, clients, account managers and account payable teams across the world. Each client has their own payment portal and so this requires a separate process for each invoice.
Using my expertise in Wealth Management I support this Northwich client with the administration of products. Creating and sending legal documents to clients, initially through the post and more recently transitioning online. In addition, we created and branded a client service survey and collated replies to distribute to potential new providers.
I worked with this client, based in Stockton Heath from the beginning of their business and mine in a more traditional PA role. Managing travel arrangements, typing up site notes and ensuring correct paperwork in place for site visits. Placing stock orders, researching, buying and distributing client Christmas gifts, and managing receipts and expenses through their banking software account.
As a therapist being in clinic with clients for long days saw this Winsford client needing support with invoicing, book keeping and social media. We created and branded their social media pages, including Facebook and LinkedIn.
