Hello, I’m Rachel, the owner of Pink Spaghetti PA Services Nantwich and Crewe. I’m a local at heart, having grown up in the area and now living in Alsager. With a passion for supporting small businesses, I'm dedicated to helping them thrive. I provide cost-effective and efficient virtual assistant services, including email management, social media support, minute taking, event management, travel booking, and much more. 
 
My aim is to be the extra pair of hands your business needs—the 25th hour in your day. Whether you require assistance on an ad hoc basis or more regular support, I offer a flexible approach tailored to your specific needs. Let me help you and your business reach new heights. 

Why Me 

I began my career in the travel industry after earning a degree in Tourism Management and have since held various roles in this field, including retail and corporate travel positions as both a consultant and team leader. These experiences allowed me to develop valuable skills in customer service, leadership, client management, and event planning. Additionally, I have run my own small business in the fitness industry, where I honed my administrative skills and gained experience in content creation and social media management. 
 
Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients, and I take pride in building strong, successful relationships. I'm known for being friendly and approachable, with a focus on putting the customer at the centre of everything I do. Highly organised and motivated by tight deadlines, I thrive on challenges. 
 
My previous experience has equipped me with a strong business foundation, allowing me to effectively support busy business owners. I understand how much your business means to you, and I'm here to help you nurture it and achieve its full potential.
