Holly brings 17 years of senior experience in Business Development and Account Management across the events and publishing industries. Highly organised, results-driven and naturally people-focused, she excels at solving problems and building strong relationships. Having worked with businesses of every size – from major corporates to micro-enterprises – she understands exactly what it takes to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. 
 
Kelly brings over 20 years of expertise in publishing, content writing, marketing, social media, business management and finance. She has led large teams, managed budgets, juggled tight deadlines and supported business owners through periods of growth and change. Two years into the virtual assistant world, she continues to channel her passion for helping small businesses succeed through flexible, tailored support. 
Together, Holly and Kelly take the time to understand your business, your challenges and your goals. Lisa 
Lisa is a Journalism graduate with a love for social media as well as writing, in all its formats. Whether it’s drafting a quick caption or jumping into a longer piece, adapting to different styles and tones, is always at the heart of what Lisa does. Canva is her creative playground, where she loves designing eye-catching and engaging content! Lisa is a whizz at admin and organisation too and loves building relationships with our clients. 
Lou 
Lou is passionate about efficiency and strives to help clients to maximise their time. She joins the team with a wealth of experience organising senior leaders both in the financial sector and education. Lou is highly organised, efficient, and also brings experience of running her own small business using social media marketing. Lou enjoys the wide range of tasks given by our Pink Spaghetti clients and has a variety of skills that can be adapted to suit any business need. 
Emma 
Emma is friendly and personable with a love for writing, and thrives on building strong, lasting relationships with clients to truly understand what drives their business. Chatty by nature and highly organised, she’s confident at adapting her writing style and tone to suit a wide range of content—from short, snappy copy to longer-form pieces. No matter the task, clear communication and attention to detail are always at the heart of what she does. 
Lauren 
With 15+ years as Head of Visual Merchandising for major retail brands, Lauren brings strong creativity and attention to detail to her role as a Personal PA. Her background in developing visual concepts, producing high-quality presentations, and creating engaging social content now helps clients present themselves and their businesses effectively.
