I'm Emily Airey, the owner of Pink Spaghetti Leeds, providing dedicated virtual assistant services to small businesses, sole traders, and busy professionals. I LOVE a list and also helping others bring order to their busy lives. I started my business when I realised that I really enjoy doing the things that others don’t have time or simply don’t want to do! Whether it’s handling daily admin tasks, managing social media, organising inboxes, or planning events, I thrive on making life easier for my clients.

Why Me 

With a background in project management and operations, I have spent years organising other people and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As Chair of the PTA, I managed multiple projects, coordinated events, and balanced a variety of responsibilities; all requiring efficiency, problem-solving, and strong communication. These experiences have given me the ability to juggle tasks, prioritise effectively, and adapt to the 
ever changing needs of businesses. 
 
My attention to detail and proactive approach mean I can take on the essential but time-consuming tasks, allowing my clients to focus on growing their businesses. Whether it’s streamlining processes, improving organisation, or handling day-to-day admin, I’m passionate about providing reliable and flexible support. 
 
I love working with small businesses and entrepreneurs, helping them feel more in control and less overwhelmed. By taking care of the behind-the-scenes work, I give my clients the freedom to focus on what they do best.

We are always asked what a Virtual Assistant ‘could’ do, but in honesty it really depends on
