I’m Steph Kowalski, and I run Pink Spaghetti Ealing & Hammersmith, providing reliable and flexible virtual assistant support to small businesses and individuals. Based in South West London, I work with clients locally and remotely, helping to manage the day-to-day tasks that can often take up valuable time.
As a virtual assistant, I support a wide range of activities including administration, social media management, marketing support, research and general organisation. I understand how much there is to juggle when running a business, and by taking care of these tasks, I help free up your time so you can focus on what you do best.
Whether you need ongoing support or help with a one-off project, I offer a flexible, friendly service tailored to your needs. My aim is to become a trusted extension of your business, providing dependable support that makes a real difference.
Why Me
I have over 25 years’ experience supporting businesses across a wide range of industries. My career has included roles as a PA, Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant and Office Manager, working with organisations of all sizes and sectors, from TV, music and advertising through to heritage, charities and more structured corporate environments. This has given me a strong understanding of how a wide variety of businesses operate, and the importance of recognising that no two businesses are the same.
Alongside this, I have over 10 years’ experience working as a virtual assistant, supporting a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurs to small and medium-sized businesses. I understand the pressures of running a business and how quickly time can be taken up by day-to-day tasks, and I support my clients by taking on those essential but time-consuming activities, allowing them to focus on growing their business.
I take a practical, organised approach to my work, focusing on getting things done efficiently and reliably. By understanding how you work and what you need, I tailor my approach to suit your business.
