I am Debbie Tilley, and I run Pink Spaghetti South Cheshire. I have an awesome team of virtual assistants who can help with every task it takes to run a small business (plus a few more). This allows you as a business owner to do what YOU do best.
I live in Alsager, south Cheshire and I am passionate about supporting small businesses in the local area. I set up my virtual assistant business because working with small businesses really butters my biscuit, so to speak! I thrive on variety and love having the chance to utilise all the skills I’ve accumulated in my career to date (and learn a few more new ones).
Pink Spaghetti South Cheshire has been in business for three and a half years. My own experience includes accountancy, teaching and content development. My editorial experience with a national charity means I can produce dazzling content including web copy, newsletters, blogs and social media. I also have an incredibly successful track record writing award nominations. I’ve been able to get 9 out of 10 of these businesses to finalist stage or onto ultimately winning the award. I can also build Wix websites and help with research, bookkeeping and general admin.

Jen is an unstoppable admin and content wizard. She has a background in both public and private sector administrative roles and many years helping to run a family business. She ticks off Microsoft tasks, social media posts, research tasks, website uploads, blogs and CRM management at an unbelievably efficient pace. She learns new systems incredibly fast and is always happy to give something new a stab. And, most importantly, even her hair is pink. Now that’s commitment!
Jayne has a background in marketing and social media for a national brand and is our content calendar planning queen. She’ll ensure your social media posts are written to dazzle your target markets, scheduled for optimum engagement and go out on time. She is pretty nifty with Mailchimp and would also love to get her teeth into your email marketing.
Jennifer is a trained graphic designer with over 20 years of experience. She also has 12 years of administrative and management experience in running a family events business. She can provide services from logo design to a complete rebrand. She is our go-to graphics specialist who can help with any task requiring the Adobe products Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

We have worked with this client for nearly 3 years managing their Sharepoint management system. This involves managing the recruitment of employees and the supplier acquisition process. We create new groups on the system ensuring all documents are correctly sourced, shared and filed. We help with social media posts, blogs and website uploads when required, and look after expenses and bookkeeping across the UK and US subsidiaries.
We have worked with this client for the last 2 years helping when extra resource is required in the company. Our tasks have included writing blogs and social media posts for their clients and uploading content to their website. We have also helped with tasks for one of their clients in the charity sector which has involved cold calling local organisations to raise awareness of services and attain support.
