I’m Nicollette, your Pink Spaghetti PA for Chichester and West Sussex. With a background in executive assistance, business support and operational management across corporate, public and charitable sectors, I love helping busy business owners and charities with the tasks that take time away from growth. 
 
From diary and travel management to event organisation, proof-reading and PR, I bring loyalty, attention to detail and a supportive approach to every client. I am particularly passionate about working with start-ups and local charities, giving them the dependable support they need to thrive. 

Why Me 

With over 40 years of experience, I have a wealth of expertise in executive assistance, business support, and operational management. This has given me a deep understanding of organisational needs and the 
ability to proactively address challenges in a fast-paced environment. Before becoming a business owner I worked in the both the private and public sector. Over the course of my career, I have demonstrated: 
 
* Exceptional organisational and time Management skills, effectively managing complex calendars, prioritising tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met for myself and the executives I have supported. 
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. 
* I have a proactive and adaptable mindset, anticipating needs, troubleshooting issues, and embracing technological changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
* Proven experience in Operational Management, potentially overseeing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that streamline workflows and drive organisational success. 
* The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive matters and safeguarding the interests of the organisation.
