I am Michelle Collins, and I run Pink Spaghetti Chester & North Wales. My professional, industry-leading team provide social media management, email marketing, blogging, and also administration, database management, and business development.

I have been running Pink Spaghetti for six years and have a wealth of experience on running not only my own business but, previously, as the strategic lead for human resources in a large public sector organisation.
I have previously worked in hospitality, managing and training teams, running restaurants, and working as a training manager to recruit staff and help restaurants ready get ready to trade and operate as high volume thriving businesses across the UK. My skilled background, covering varied industries, professions, and sectors gives me the edge to provide our clients with the skills and personality that they are looking for.
My incredible team of five fabulous women help me deliver an industry-leading service to our clients. Our team specialises in social media management, blogging, administration, research, email marketing, and also business development and database management.

Naomi has been with us since September 2018. She has a successful background in Marketing and Communication and is a champion of social media tools and technologies. She has an impeccable track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns. Naomi has a passion for creative writing and excels working with diverse clients to successfully deliver exciting and engaging social media campaigns. To add to this she loves copywriting, creating newsletters and is an expert in Canva. She adores her two crazy dogs and two crazier humans and is a complete bookworm with a penchant for long muddy walks.
Shelly has been an integral part of the Pink Spaghetti team since 2016. She holds a degree in English, Politics and Italian and before joining the team successfully held the position of Marketing and Accounts Manager. Her variety of hard and soft skills give her tools to apply to client tasks. Her specialities include blog writing, newsletters and social media. She recognises the importance of building and maintaining successful client relationships and enjoys taking on new challenges. She loves running, yoga and cooking, and can often be seen taking her black lab out for family walks with her 3 children and husband.
Jennie is an Oxford English graduate who specialises in wordsmithery and social media. She plays an important role in the creation of content for clients and has an exceptional eye for detail. Jennies’ varied CV also includes teaching antenatal classes, outside catering for the BBC, running a successful blog for local parents and a postgraduate diploma in law.
Laura comes from a scientific background, with a PhD in gene therapy and bioinformatics. Multi-talented Laura enjoys researching varied topics, analysing data, writing, and is an expert user of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint, and has enjoyed applying her skills in Michelle’s successful team since 2019. With 3 children and a voluntary role as a school governor, her time for hobbies is limited but they include reading (anything and everything!), baking, knitting, singing and dancing.
Mira is a journalism graduate with extensive Social Media, Promotion, Marketing, and PR experience gained in Hospitality and Music industries. Mira joined Pink Spaghetti in January 2020 has been instrumental in assisting a range of clients with social media, research, data management, writing blogs and press releases. She has a passion for films, music and writing.
Sian is a passionate, highly motivated, pro-active, and resilient individual with over 4 years’ experience of providing executive assistant support to a serial entrepreneur and CEO of a Private Equity Firm. She is a team player, with exceptional communication skills who possesses the ability to engage at all levels with confidence and diplomacy. Her key skills include diary management, event planning, email management, travel arrangements/travel planning, research, maintaining and managing budgets/expenses, social media, and audio and copy typing. Her passions are her family.
Blu is the coolest cat in town and the most laid-back member of the team. He lays across keyboards, can be heard meowing for a cuddle or sunbathes in our office at Pink Spaghetti Towers. He loves an adventure and can frequently be seen chasing butterflies, climbing trees and walking across shed roof’s with his sister Loco in tow!
