Virtual Assistant Brighton & Hove
My name is Norma Kimber and I’m the proud owner of Pink Spaghetti Brighton & Hove. I live in Brighton and offer cost effective and efficient virtual assistant services to local businesses, third sector organisations and busy professionals. I provide social media, marketing, project management, process design and improvement, and other admin support services, and am motivated by seeing you flourish. I can also help when you need seasonal support during busier times, must be away from your business for any reason and need someone to keep the lights on, or don’t have enough work to justify a full-time employee. My mission is to be the extra pair of hands you need, taking care of the tasks you don’t have time for or simply don’t enjoy doing, leaving you to grow your business, focus on what you do best and spend more time doing the things you love.
Why Me
I started my career working in several small businesses, followed by 16 years in the corporate world where I was fortunate enough to start as an executive assistant before moving into a variety of management positions. I have a wealth of experience gained from consulting, reengineering, operational risk management and operational excellence roles. These roles provided fantastic opportunities to gain skills in people leadership, sales and marketing, client management, event planning, project and change management, process design, problem-solving, solutions and other key skills needed to help businesses be successful. I’ve worked with both small local and large international companies and am proudest of the great relationships I developed over this time.
I am highly organised, love a challenge and enjoy helping my customers find creative solutions to achieve their goals.
