I’m Michelle Brookes, I live in Walkden and I run Pink Spaghetti Bolton & Worsley. Being a business owner myself, I understand the need for an experienced support network, and how finding time for all the tasks on your to-do list can sometimes be difficult. 
I launched Pink Spaghetti Bolton & Worsley to offer a virtual personal assistant service to support local businesses with their administration processes, giving busy owners that extra 25th hour in the day that they need. 
I can take care of the jobs you that you don’t have time for, leaving you time to do things for your business that you enjoy. I take pride in my work, always listening to my customers with a pro-active approach to tasks. 

Why Me 

I’ve been a Personal Assistant for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience in legal administration, HR administration and general office management. I can deal with all kinds of admin tasks for you and your business and bring with me all the experience gained in my previous senior support roles. 
I am a very organised and approachable person who is used to dealing with deadlines, managing projects and putting processes in place to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. There is always a solution to a problem, and I approach all tasks with a can-do attitude to ensure the best possible outcome.

We’ve been working with this company for five months now and provide general admin support. We prepare invoices on Xero and manage their general inbox and emails for them. We also contact customers to follow-up on quotes and to ensure they have all the information they need. Soon we will also be hosting any Zoom meetings they have and typing up the minutes. 

Human Resource Consultant 

We support this Worsley based customer with transcription services. We take their audio files from zoom meetings or any voice recordings and transcribe them into reports, so they have an accurate account and record of what was discussed and agreed. We also help them with updating policies and procedures updating the documents where appropriate. 

Carpet company 

We support this company with their social media accounts, Facebook and Instagram. The customer provides photographs of work completed and details of any upcoming offers or events and we put together a series of posts to be scheduled across the month. In addition to the content provided by the customer we put together branded memes and make suggestions on extra content, engaging with comments and other businesses where appropriate. 

Private GP Practice 

We support this practice with a professional and confidential minute taking service. Each month there are a series of management meetings that need documenting ensuring all agreed actions are added to the action log and circulated. The meeting is recorded on zoom and then sent to us for transcription. This provides the practice with an accurate record of discussions where there is a high level of confidentiality required.
