I am Sue Richards and I am the owner of Pink Spaghetti Birmingham. I can take over the essential tasks that nobody started their business to do - from managing social media accounts to admin, online learning platforms, bookkeeping and creating newsletters. I am based in Birmingham and I specialise in sales and marketing, with strong online business systems and digital marketing experience. Why Me
I have worked in sales and marketing for 20 years and I also have experience in business automation, online operations, and digital marketing. I have held director roles in large companies and small start-ups.
More recently, I ran my own sales training company, so I understand the issues and challenges faced by small businesses, and I am in the perfect position to help you overcome these obstacles. I also run a busy household with two children and two dogs, and in my spare time I teach drama to the very talented children of the West Midlands.

I specialise in Technical support, helping implement and run online systems.
I can build your website suited to your business model. Additionally, to this, I can create various tiers such as memberships and online ordering.
I am involved in all aspects of marketing sales funnels, so I can integrate through your website and social media in order to attract and draw in new clients through targeted campaigns. This includes email marketing and email automation tailored to your audience.
I can tailor branding and provide logos for your company that will help towards driving new business through Google and Facebook advertising. As well as providing a solid foundation of social media content, I can analyse traffic and activity in order to provide continuing feedback. I also provide provision of linking up podcasts with the addition of video editing and transcribing content to be reused as contributing media to blogs and newsletters.
Overall, I offer small business owners the chance to achieve a better work-life balance by taking on their back-office tasks, so they have time to focus on their business’ future.

Darren

Darren has a background in finance and was a mortgage advisor for 15 years before pursuing his first love as an artist. As well as our Finacial Officer, Darren is our client account manager and specialises in copy writing and administration.
Steve

Steve is a highly-skilled technical administrator, with experience developing Apps and websites. He is also a keen game designer and has extensive manufacturing and retail experience which is extremely valuable to our e-commerce clients.
Hollie

Hollie is our Social Media executive. She has great attention to detail and loves taking our clients brands and presenting them online through social media content and scheduling. She is an experienced Administrator with excellent organisational skills.
